I'm giving this rating not because the ice creams were bad, but only because of the rude attitude from the staff. When we arrived at the shop, he was talking on the phone without showing up to the customers for almost 10 minutes. He didn't even bothered giving any apologies or explanation to the customer about why he was not when the line of customers was getting longer! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Usually I love la diperie the ice cream is amazing but this particular location is ALWAYS understaffed. I waited in line for 20 mins just to be told that they don't have the MAIN THING they're supposed to have which is vanilla soft serve, all they had was regular ice cream ( 4 flavors). The workers didn't seem to care that the line was long & one was taking their time in the back on the phone. The ice cream is always very good, i always come here for that soft serve but the service always disappoints. Please staff the place correctly because this diperie is always busy & you can tell the workers are stressed out on top of not having any ice cream.

Our kids sure liked the dipped ice cream. Portions were plenty generous & spoiled their dinner 🍦😆 Many flavor options for the sugary dipped shell!

i visited around midnight on the 22nd. the male staff was super friendly. he's the nicest guy in montreal. we were all really impressed & won't forget him. plus, the ice cream we ordered was delicious. i highly recommend the hazelnut & pecan flavors.

The ladies working there were so friendly & nice but to be honest, the ice cream was not special at all. Also, there was a big hole in it that made it even less in size. I dont know if it was a fault of machine or no but the inside the ice cream was empty.

I visited 2 weeks ago give or take. The quality of ice cream far surpassed expectations. This was clearly no average ice cream shop visit. Everything was made with obvious care & expertise. I'll definitely be back again soon to explore more flavors

Didn't take my La Diperie gift card!
The ice cream was excellent (albeit expensive, per the other reviews) but my gift card (which has a $25 balance, I checked online) was not accepted
