An excellent restaurant for those who enjoy the slow paced dinner of a good French restaurant offering very well thought out courses. Our food was excellent, although I thought the beef could be more tender. Their wine list is very deep & I hope that they will drop the page with the American wines. It is very nice to have such a gourmet restaurant right in Mile End. We have so much great food here, & an excellent French restaurant is an exceptional anchor. Bon appétit!

This was a tasting menu with smaller items over five courses which included Atlantic Char, Salmon, Foie Gras, beef, etc. Each dish was exquisitely prepared & well spaced out. You never felt hurried & each dish was explained in detail. The sommelier made an excellent pairing since I am not as familiar with French wines, & he kept the bottle & decided to pour when he felt it appropriate. The waiter & two chefs also spent considerable time with us to ensure everything was to our liking. I thought each tasting was amazing except for the beef at the end which was a little tough & stringy. The dessert tasting was also awesome. While it was one of the finest dining experiences we have ever had, it was also one of the most expensive. So be prepared.

Pleasant place to visit for the atmosphere just needs a few minor kinks to sort out. This establishment seems to be high quality but there were some notable things to mention. We ordered the cerf & the beef with vegetables, both couldn't be cut with the high quality knives they provided so we left some pieces behind. The meat was quite tough & had limited flavour which was disappointing as there are only 8 options on the menu. Service was slow (we ordered 4 items) & we had plastic bottles of sparkling water.
