Louis Lappas was born in the village of Dafni, in the Peloponnese region of Greece. In 1971, he immigrated to Quebec and later opened his restaurant in Delson in 1989.

For more than thirty years, the success of his restaurant has come from his secret recipes and fresh ingredients. His legendary tzatziki and taramosalata recipes remain timeless classics that make mouths water.

Over the years, La Cava Grecque has opened its doors to families and their special events, such as weddings, baptisms, and birthdays.

Whether alone, with friends, or with family, you’ll find comfort in this warm and welcoming local restaurant, where Louis and his entire family are always ready to greet you!

We held a beautiful surprise 80th birthday party for my Mother-in-law at La Cava Grecque. The service was outstanding. The staff went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group of just under 20. The food was delicious. We had a fixed menu with a choice of dessert...a choice of Black Forest Cake or Galacto Greco, which was amazing! The ambiance was perfect. Looking forward to going back again soon just to have dinner & dessert. Thanks again for doing an amazing job in helping us make her day as special as possible.

?Le service était impeccable (4/5 ⭐?), attentionné & très professionnel. La cuisine est un délice (4/5 ⭐?) : chaque plat, des mezzés classiques au dessert, était frais, authentique & plein de soleil. Une vraie perfection.

Tout était parfait. Mon repas était délicieux. Bon restaurant pour un repas en famille ou des amis. Le dessert était incroyable aussi. Je recommande ce restaurant à 100%
