La Catrina ressort comme une adresse mexicaine vive et conviviale, avec des portions généreuses et des saveurs authentiques, le guacamole préparé à la table et les tacos variés étant particulièrement appréciés. L'ambiance, le décor coloré et la terrasse du Vieux Port contribuent à une expérience chaleureuse et festive qui donne envie de revenir en famille ou entre amis. Le service est généralement attentif et sympathique, et les margaritas ainsi que les plats frais sont souvent cités comme des points forts. Quelques observations sur le rythme du service lors des heures d'affluence existent, mais l'ensemble reste largement positif et favorable à une belle soirée.
Food was nice. & loved my mocktail -also enjoyed the guacamole & chips. The major reason for my dissatisfaction was that the lady who prepared my guacamole had really long artificial nails & they were studded too. As a medical professional I was very uncomfortable from a hygiene perspective eating a guacamole prepared by her. I think you could improve this by ensuring such staff stick to administrative work. Other than that it was a nice meal
Première fois. La nourriture est bonne. Le cocktail Coco-Loco est bon & très bien présenté. Malgré sa belle présentation, ma margarita La Catrina était plutôt ordinaire. L'ambiance sur la terrasse est agréable. Cependant, le service a été très long & plus ou moins sympathique. C'est ce qui aura gâché l'expérience pour nous. Nous n'y retournerons certainement pas.
We came from Vancouver for the weekend & this was one of the best dine in restaurants we went to. Food was absolutely delicious & very fresh. Loved the vibe & it wasn't very loud.
The drinks were good & so was the guacamole. They make the guacamole at your table so that's nice. Location is nice too, we sat at the terrace. Prices are decent especially for old-port. The food though was underwhelming. We chose the quinoa salad & taco taste menu which was chicken, fish, pulled beef & vegetarian. The pulled beef was way too salty the fish was soggy. The only one sorta worth eating was the chicken one. Maybe it's what we chose to eat but I probably wouldn't go back.
Came for snacks & a cocktail. Cocktails were good! Recommend the mango marg, the monitor & mexican mule. Frozen margarita machine was broken. Food: Ceviche was old. Guac was not good & the best dish was the pico de gallo. Serving portion for the chips was also highly disappointing (very small). Would not come here to eat. Service: Sloooooooooow All our snacks came before our drinks.

The staff were friendly & attentive, adding to the overall excellent dining experience.
Le service est un peu long mais la nourriture est bonne. L'excellence c'est les cocktails 🤩 Délicieux! Jeudi Tacos à volonté. Ceux aux poissons sont délicieux, tandis que ceux au Tofu sont très fades. L'ambiance est géniale, l'emplacement dans le vieux port est super.

Les cocktails sont vraiment super bons & originaux, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le guacamole qui est fait devant nous & très frais, je recommande !
Great food. Guacamole is made tableside according to your specifications...highly recommend. Sangria was excellent as well. We sat on the patio & had some issues with wasps. If you're allergic, sit inside. Again, as we found with other restaurants in Montréal, you wait quite awhile after you've finished eating to get your bill.
Menu simple & savoureux. Le personnel est fort sympathique & l'attente était quand même minime considérant le grand achalandage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Mexican restaurants should have amazing hot sauces --the only one available here was mediocre & bit sweet. The ceviche was quite untinteresting, the pastor tacos were very good.

Resto magnifique surtout pour les tacos Tuesday, Clémence a pris tellement soin de nous, nous sommes très contents de se faire servir par elle. Je recommande
