Let me just start by saying the food was stellar. Fish & Al Pastor tacos plus the tableside guacamole would have been an easy 5 stars.

But the service was awful. Just left in a corner & forgotten about entirely. We were left sitting 30 mins at the end with a cleared table & two empty glasses, just waiting for our bill (after having already requested it). Just awful, awful service. Friendly enough & willing to speak English (much appreciated), but yeesh, be prepared to blow 2+ hours on a couple of (admittedly very tasty) tacos.

Had the best time here.
First, the Al Pastor Tacos are simply delicious. Everything is on point with the flavours.
Our service was also fantastic! Kind staff, very classy as well.
Highly recommend.

More than half the meat in my al pastor tacos was pure thick blubbery fat that I couldnt chew or swallow. I never seen anything like that. I tried swallowing a bit but it made me gag… its like if someone accidentally took the fat scraps bowl & served it to me…

J'avais réservé au bar mais les places avaient été données à d'autres.
On a quand même eu une jolie table & un très bon service.
Les entrées étaient succulentes.
Les cocktails & les tacos étaient bons mais pas extraordinaire.
Globalement une belle expérience.

C'est ma 2e fois à peu près à la même période avant le week-end de la Formule 1. Hier nous sommes arrivé vers 18h05 & nous avons été servi à 19h alors que nous avions un spectacle à voir à 19h30. J'ai commandé un mocktail spicy mango & j'ai eu de l'alcool, il m'a fallu attendre après quelques gorgées pour m'en rendre compte qu'il y avait de l'alcool car je commençais à voir la tête qui tourne. Fort heureusement je n'ai pas de contrainte de santé ou religieuse. De plus la carte venait de juste de changer quelques heures plus tôt avant que la cuisine démarre. Ce n'est pas le meilleur combo tacos de poulet frit avec des melon d'eau à la place des tomates je trouvais que ça manquait de sel ou de goût. Le fruit a pris trop le dessus. En bref pour des tacos attendre 1h nous avons trouvé ça problématique en plus de l'épisode de l'alcool. Je ne blâme pas la serveuse car elle était gentille & très débordée malgré qu'elle n'était pas toute seule. Je préfère de loin le Catrina sur St Hubert, sorry but not sorry 😉

Saturday. May 9, 2026, 3pm. I understand that Saturday's can be busy on a nice sunny day, but it appears the staff of kitchen may have been overwhelmed with people who were out enjoying the day. Although it wasn't I early busy. Long wait for beverages, ok with that. Long wait for food that when it did arrive, the fish tacos were ice cold, & overcooked. The beef was just average. For an appetizer, two orders of tacos (3 each), coke & glass of wine, the 105.00 bill (incl tip) was alot to pay for what we referred to 'angry food,' I had read such good things about to this place & hope to this was just an episode of a hiccup as things are getting ready for the summer season.

Food was absolutely amazing. Guacamole made tableside, delicious tacos, & an awesome quesadilla. My friend & I could have shared either the tacos or the quesadilla & it would have been plenty to eat after the guacamole. The cocktails were exquisite-Mexican Mule & French 75.
I marked it down just a bit in service because the woman who took our drink order never returned & after about half an hour we got the waiter's attention to order our food. Also the atmosphere was mostly good but it's very small & kind of noisy. I would go back again in a heartbeat for the food & drink!

Best mexican food in the city! Fantastic service & even better spicy mango margaritas. The crispy chicken tacos are phenomenal!! Have been countless times.
