La Catrina ressort comme une adresse mexicaine vive et conviviale, avec des portions généreuses et des saveurs authentiques, le guacamole préparé à la table et les tacos variés étant particulièrement appréciés. L'ambiance, le décor coloré et la terrasse du Vieux Port contribuent à une expérience chaleureuse et festive qui donne envie de revenir en famille ou entre amis. Le service est généralement attentif et sympathique, et les margaritas ainsi que les plats frais sont souvent cités comme des points forts. Quelques observations sur le rythme du service lors des heures d'affluence existent, mais l'ensemble reste largement positif et favorable à une belle soirée.
Wow!! Best margarita of my life, never had a spicy margarita like Manuel's Mango Marg!!
Gabriel's service was phenomenal, no one like him in the old port!! Quarina was the nicest server I've ever met! Ask for her or Gabriel!!
The atmosphere is very nice even if a little crowded in the terrasse. The table-side made guacamole was absolutely amazing, so simple yet so delicious. The fried chicken & the marinated pork tacos were quite tasty, very nice mix of flavors. It was an overall great experience, would definitely recommend to a friend!
The menu posted online & the one at the restaurant are different, it is much more limited & the food was only okay. The view was nice & that is part of the experience. The waitress was rude, she said I had to get meat on the side with my tacos despite not eating meat instead of just not having it. She also said my food would be gross without it, perhaps reconciling the online menu with the true menu would help everyone know there is only 1 vegetarian option on the menu & 0 vegan ones. Would not recommend unless it is only for overpriced drinks, not the food.
Service was great, however the food was not that great. I don't recommend the birria tacos, flavour was lacking & there was mostly the fat of the beef. Good atmosphere however I liked the terrace outside during the summer.
Had late lunch today & incidentally, it was taco tuesday!!!! The food was excellent. Had 4 pairs of fish, chicken, beef, & vegetarian tacos & everything was delicious. Personal favorite was the beef. The margaritas were excellent. The churros were bomb. Service was also top notch. Everyone's so friendly. Highly recommended.

This was our favorite stop during our visit to the Old Port. The most delicious tacos ever!!! We had the platter & ever since we have not stopped talking about it. Highly recommend the chicken & fish tacos! The service was wonderful & the drinks were tasty. We went during'Taco Tuesday' which was busy, but the staff was still on top of their game. We are eager to return!

Elle a anticipé nos besoins, nous a fourni d'excellentes recommandations, & a maintenu l'équilibre parfait entre attention & discrétion. Sa personnalité chaleureuse & son expertise professionnelle ont rendu notre repas vraiment mémorable.
J'espère sincèrement avoir le plaisir d'être servi par Clémence lors de notre prochaine visite - elle est exactement le type de serveuse qui rend une expérience au restaurant extraordinaire. L'établissement a la chance d'avoir un membre d'équipe aussi dévoué & compétent.
Je recommande vivement de demander Clémence si vous voulez un service impeccable qui dépasse toutes les attentes !
Highly recommend, food was great & the guacamole was very good aswell, I liked the fact they did it infront of us! The waitress Ada was very kind & sweet very good service will definitely come back!

Vibrant Mexican restaurant in the Vieux-Port area of Montreal. We were a group of 8 girls for lunch. Definitely recommend the tableside guac. We ordered 2 but could have easily devoured 3! Service was excellent & friendly. The patio wasn't open when we were there (chilly day at the beginning of April) but it's huge & would be lovely to sit out there on a nice day. Make a reso or you'll likely have to wait for a table!
visited for a team event.. table was really tight for group of 8.
Would expected Mariachi music or even Corrido's.
Would recommend the Molcajete . Maybe not the place for the PIE Ribeye, highly priced. Well aware is a tourist area...doesnt need to be a touristTrap.

Amazing service with the most friendliest staff the manager Yannick did an excellent job on making us feel like home. Food & drinks were excellent. The ambiance & vibes were just immaculate 10/10 recommend it for everyone that's looking for a great time & great foods with spectacular service.
Great spot for food & drinks. Tacos were on point & we've had tacos in different US states & countries. Margaritas were delicious too. On the small side but the food & drinks made up for it! 100% recommended.
Nous avons adoré le restaurant & l'ambiance. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons mangé l'ardoise de tacos à découvrir. Les meilleurs sont au boeuf braisé & au poulet pané. Par contre, ceux végétariens m'ont surprise, c'était étonnamment bon ! Je recommande ce restaurant à 100%. Le service était rapide & le serveur toujours à l'écoute.
