I highly recommend you eat somewhere else. The Our Club was horrible, the mini burgers for kids are nothing special, the fries are cooked in old dirty oil, the tables are sticky, but staff claims they're clean. I ordered a steak, medium rare, for my son, it arrived well done. I immediately asked them to change it so they sent a new one back to me rare. We left more food on the plates than what we forced ourselves to eat. The server seemed stoned on some kind of substance. When I asked for the bill to one server it was never communicated to my server. Seriously, eat somewhere else!

Very much enjoyed the final game of FIFA 2026 World Cup. Despite no reservation, the host allowed us to watch the game & enjoy while having a drink. Big screen!

Nathan provided the worst service we have ever experienced. He lacked efficiency & competence in every aspect of his job.

We were seated by the hostess, & once we were ready to order, we spent 15 minutes trying to flag him down. What was Nathan doing? Standing in the corner at his computer, without looking up once.

When he finally came over to take our order, he wasn't even capable of doing that properly. Shocker! He came back moments later to ask what we had ordered because he had already forgotten. Mind you, it wasn't as though he had many orders to memorize. He walked straight from his computer to our table, took our order, & immediately returned to his computer to enter it. Somehow, in that short span of time, he forgot the three items we had ordered. Maybe don't rely on memorizing orders if you can't remember them. A pen & paper won't kill you.

We ordered a pitcher that took over 30 minutes to arrive. Our food came well before the pitcher. We even asked Nathan if he could check on it when he walked past us. As a server, it is your responsibility to ensure the bar is preparing drinks in order & not skipping over your tables' orders. Spoiler: he didn't.

There was a promotion on beer pitchers that day, so the bar appeared to be prioritizing those orders because they were the fastest drinks to prepare. Due to this, the bar neglected our Long Island pitcher.

Throughout our entire visit, Nathan did not check on us a single time. Is walking through your section that difficult? If he had enough time to stand at his computer for most of our visit, couldn't he spare a minute to walk around once & ask how his tables were doing?

Finally, it came time to pay. We asked him for the bill as he walked past us. After waiting another 30 minutes, we gave up, left his section, & asked another staff member for the bill instead. Surprise! We received it immediately.

Nathan spent what felt like 90% of our visit at his computer. He also worked extremely slowly. He would spend over 10 minutes at the computer printing the bill for a single table, walk over to process their payment, then return to the computer for another 10 minutes to print the neighboring table's bill, repeating the same process over & over.

Why wasn't he punching in the orders by seat from the beginning? Instead, he was trying to memorize everything, & struggling to remember even that, let alone keeping his tables organized. Had he entered orders properly from the start, he wouldn't have wasted so much time at the computer figuring out how to print each bill individually.

If multiple tables are asking for their bill at the same time, why not print them out all at once & carry the POS payment machine to each table? Instead, he repeatedly ran back & forth to the computer for every single bill. Does that not demonstrate a lack of efficiency? Why wear an apron with pockets if you're not going to use them? If it takes 20 minutes to bill out a single table, doesn't that speak volumes about one's competence?

We are very understanding of the service industry & know that restaurants can get busy. However, Nathan was not busy; he was simply inefficient. He had a hostess, multiple bussers, & food runners. That meant his one & only job was to take orders, check on his tables, & process bills. Unfortunately, he struggled to do any of those tasks efficiently.

The service was horrible. Unless it was his very first day, there was no excuse for this level of performance. Nathan clearly needs additional training. If he has already been trained, then he may simply not be suited for a fast-paced service environment.

Yesterday, my friends & I went to Le Cage to watch the soccer match. We specifically chose Le Cage because we wanted to enjoy the game in a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.

The game was being broadcast in French, while other Le Cage locations, including Brossard & Newman Boulevard, were showing the exact same match in English. We politely asked the manager if they could switch the channel, but we were immediately told it was'the law' & that they couldn't do it. This explanation made no sense, especially knowing that other Le Cage locations were broadcasting the match in English at the same time.

What disappointed us even more was the attitude of the staff & the manager. They were not welcoming, showed no interest in helping us, & made us feel like our request was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to find a solution or explaining the situation respectfully, they simply dismissed us.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Le Cage restaurant. Because of the poor customer service & the way we were treated, I have decided that I will never return to Le Cage, & I will not recommend it to my friends or family.

I hope you take this feedback seriously & address the customer service at this location, because no customer should leave feeling the way we did.
