Since its opening, La Boulette has become a fixture in Rosemont and the diverse clientele represent the people of the neighborhood. Steps from the Beaubien Cinéma, this is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet burger or a great tartare, before or after a show, with family, friends or a special someone.

The restaurant is renowned for the simple, tasty food and the fresh quality ingredients. We serve local lamb and duck, encouraging Quebec producers and everything is carefully prepared on site with amazing attention to detail. La Boulette offers guests an authentic and comforting cuisine. Quebec lamb, artisan bread, home-made fries and sweet potato fries. Deluxe Burgers, duck confit poutine, fish and chips. A great variety of tartar; tuna tartare, deer tartar, beef tataki. The wine list is only carefully chosen private import.

Je ne dis pas ça par méchanceté, mais il faut être honnête : La Boulette, c'était mieux avant.

J'y allais souvent il y a quelques années, & j'adorais l'endroit. Mais depuis un moment, les prix ont augmenté alors que les portions ont diminué, & la qualité est devenue moins constante. On sent que ça coupe un peu dans les coins.

& petite remarque sur les bières : on commande une'pinte', mais ce qu'on reçoit, c'est plutôt 300 à 400 ml… clairement pas une vraie pinte. Une pinte au Canada, c'est 568 ml par loi, pas 300 ou 400. Ce n'est pas très honnête, même si la plupart des gens ne le remarquent pas.

Je comprends que la majorité des clients ne s'en rendent pas compte & que les avis restent très positifs, mais un jour ou l'autre, quelqu'un va déposer une plainte à Mesures Canada,.

Encore une fois, je ne dis pas ça pour critiquer gratuitement. J'aimais vraiment cet endroit. Mais là… ça ne suit plus trop.
