About us

Since its opening, La Boulette has become a fixture in Rosemont and the diverse clientele represent the people of the neighborhood. Steps from the Beaubien Cinéma, this is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet burger or a great tartare, before or after a show, with family, friends or a special someone.

The restaurant is renowned for the simple, tasty food and the fresh quality ingredients. We serve local lamb and duck, encouraging Quebec producers and everything is carefully prepared on site with amazing attention to detail. Finally, the wine list offers only private imports and changes depending on new arrivals.

Our Specialties

La Boulette offers guests an authentic and comforting cuisine. Quebec lamb, artisan bread, home-made fries and sweet potato fries. Deluxe Burgers, duck confit poutine, fish and chips. A great variety of tartar; tuna tartare, deer tartar, beef tataki. The wine list is only carefully chosen private import.

Restaurant dans un cadre agréable avec des serveuses très sympathiques.
La poutine au canard confit est très bonne, avec une sauce bien relevée.

A little cozy hamburger restaurant, I took the poutine tho :P It was really good!!! It was duck confit poutine with a sauce au vin, I even had enough for a second meal XD

Dine in. Ordered the Chevre burger with a side caesar salad. The salad was more than decent, fresh ingredients. The burger was ok, although all the ingredients were fresh, it tasted bland. It lacked seasoning. Good selection of hot sauces. The staff was nice & so was the place.

Best poutine sauce I've ever tried, I recommend the normal poutine with no add-on to get the best of the sauce. The Burger's are amazing too !

C'est un lieux vraiment petit. Initialement, nous n'avions pas l'intention d'y entrer en voyant comment il y avait plein de personne mais nous nous sommes décidé autrement. Les prix sont un peu plus élevé pour certain item tel que le calamar frit surtout en considérant la portion toutefois, il goûtais très frais. La portion des hamburgers étaient suffisamment remplissant & tout de même savoureuse, par contre rien d'extraordinaire. Les frites un peu trop cuite à notre goût & aussi un peu molle à notre table manquait de saveur même avec la sauce mayonnaise accompagnatrice. Si vous vous décidiez d'y aller mon avis ça serait de goûter quelque chose de nouveau qui n'est pas souvent offert tel que le hamburger au saumon. Si non je suis certaine que pour un hamburger simple ça n'en vaut pas le déplacement. Les serveurs étaient très amiable & aidant lorsque nous cherchions les meilleurs vendeurs. Souriant en tout temps également.

Quelques fois les frites ne sont vraiment pas bonnes. Le service est long lorsqu'on demande quelque chose en plus.
( exemple 1 sauce, 1 verre de vin en plus etc...). Il faut juste attendre......
