I just didn't like the flavor of the burger or lack of freshness of the fries in comparison to the la belle & La boeuf in centropolis. But service & atmosphere is WAY better here. But for the money the food is not worth it.
The restaurant has a lovely, calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly & polite, providing warm & welcoming service.
The food is average ,not bad, but nothing special.
Overall it's a nice place to visit.

Hello, today we had a table reservation for twenty people. Although I personally left a 5% tip on my own bill, we were subjected to angry attitudes & reactions from the female waitress because we did not leave a 15% tip. This happened in front of our friends, which made them feel uncomfortable when they were paying their bills as well. Experiencing this behavior in front of my spouse & child was unbelievable. This pressuring attitude regarding tipping is truly unacceptable. Even though we liked the food & drinks, none of us are considering coming back anymore. It was a very disturbing attitude. This behavior needs to change immediately. No one can force us regarding the percentage of a tip.
I ordered the cheese bacon burger & loved it. Please please please come to Ontario!!! We need high quality burger places here badly. I visit the area often for business so The Belle & La Boeuf will be my new go-to place for dinner.
Ok now the critical part..... the fries. I ate a few of them then gave up. Please try to get authentic steak style thick cut fries not these bland Kelseys/Montana's types. Next time I'll get a salad as a side instead. Reason for 4 stars not 5. Also the waitress was great.
I was in this restaurant with my friends & I really enjoy it I must say the decoration is incredibly the food is fantastic & the service was good so overall I recommend this restaurant to all my friends & everybody 5 Star 👍👍🧣👒

I had the classic burger & a chocolate milkshake here, & it was incredible! The burger was juicy & cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings that really brought out all the flavors. The bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy. & that milkshake? Honestly one of the best I've ever had-super creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect combo for a satisfying meal. The service was quick & friendly, & the atmosphere was casual & welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!
Great place to enjoy delicious burgers on St. Catherine in Montreal. Atmosphere is great & service was attentive. Many options of burgers & other items. The double smash burger with cheese, bacon & grilled jalapenos was delicious. The side salad was great alternative to fries, but the house fries & sweet potato fries were delicious as well.
Came here for our first dinner in Montreal. We were looking for a place where we could also watch hockey & this place was great, with large TV screens hanging all around the place. It wasn't too busy & our server was very helpful. Tried the local poutine which, to be honest, probably won't be my favourite dish :-) but the one I was served didn't lack anything, it's just not for me. Also tried the Classique burger, which was nice with good fries & coleslaw. Good local beer (La Belle Blonde).
Cute place with nice drinks but the food is fried & junk food, not one healthy option on the menu & everything is so OVERPRICED! Our waitress was nice however. Good place for a few cocktails but if you want a good dinner, this is not the spot.
Place has gone completely down hill. Portions are no where near what they used to be. 1 burger, upgrade fries to poutine - & one drink. 56$. Completely outrageous. Place was completely empty on F1 Saturday
Nice staff & good atmosphere. We got greeted with a smile from the hostess as soon as we walked in, so it is a very good first contact. Our server was also very friendly & attentive! The food quality was half & half, my partner ordered the grilled cheese which he loved, & said that it was one of the best in town… I cannot say the same for the salmon tartare which was bland! I hesitated between the beef & the salmon, but they ran out of beef (a bit strange for a restaurant under the brand « la belle & la boeuf »)… I guess? Either the salmon tartare was prep in advance or they should look into improving the recipe, because it was not at all what I would expect from a restaurant. The drinks were good especially the mocktail. We will go back to try other items on the menu, & hope that they will have what is listed there…
