I have to say these meals were amazing. Probably one of my favorited bibimbaps in the city! Second, the service was impeccable, the owner is so kind & so generous. It was my friends birthday & he offered us a pitcher of beer. I will be suggesting this place to anyone looking for some tasty Korean food & I will definitely be coming back.View more
Best Korean food ever! Plus the owners are very kind & the service is fast!View more
I may not be korean myself but I've had my fair share of good korean food here in montreal & this isn't it ! The food is so disappointing. Tteokbokki is watery & literally tasteless, just pure bland overcooked rice cakes. & the fried chicken is probably more breading than actual chicken in it which is crazy since it isn't even that crispy. Japchae is decent which is why I still give it 2 stars but honestly you're better off ordering somewhere else even if this were to be the only option currently open !View more
First of all I love Korean culture! This restaurant gives culture, delicious authentic Korean dishes that soothes your soul & a lovely welcoming service. I ordered the beef Bibimbap & received it in a sizzling hot bowl with a super tasty sweet & spicy home made sauce & of course with kimchiiiii. I highly recommend eating on location but to make sure you have a table reserving in advance is advisable. Can't wait to come back!View more
Very good Korean food. The Jajangmyeon scratched my craving better than any other place I've been outside of Korea.View more
Very good Korean. They set up outdoor terrace just for us. Sebastian is great.View more
The best Korean restaurant in Montreal. Homemade & delicious food.
Went eating there because it was the other Korean restaurant in the hood, my colleagues were craving Korean food & the Tastet site gave a shill "hypebeast" review on their site (I'll never trust tastet ever again lol). While the service was impeccable (great hard working host!) & the ambiance quite pleasant (we had a great time dining there), the quality of the food was only fair, leaning on average. Their pork belly bbq though was a highlight. Perhaps the high rent of the area prevents the restaurant from providing more protein or higher quality ingredients in their dishes despite the higher than average prices for Korean food of this average quality. Most dishes had a very low amount of protein for the price. Also, their kitchen might have been on the small side since the waiting time for the little food we got is longer than expected. I wouldn't return however, nor do I find this place recommendable sadly. A 3/5 star not to hurt the business but I'd rate this closer to a 2.5.View more
Absolutely delicious, homemade Korean food! This family works extremely hard to prepare & serve consistently high quality dishes. You won't be disappointed!
Nice little restaurant on the corner of St. Urbain & Fairmount. The food was delicious, & service was courteous. We ate on the terrace because it was a warm, but the inside is cute & very clean. The book shelf with Korean books is a nice touch!
My favourite Korean restaurant in the area! The spicy pork bibimbap is fresh & colourful & delicious.
Delicious Korean bbq. Comfortable banquette. Food arrived very quickly. Waiter was attentive. Definitely recommended.
Worst service ever! The first time I went on a Sunday night I asked for the ramen special & was served along with other dishes. Tonight apparently it's a lunch special but their window advertising shows different. If you want great Korean food with service don't go there.
