I've been coming to this restaurant since 2018, after deciding it was time to move on from AYCE sushi, & I've never looked back. To this day, it remains my favorite sushi spot. It's become the benchmark I use to compare any new sushi spots I try. The ingredients are fresh, the quality is consistently excellent, & I've left satisfied every time. Highly recommended.Voir plus

Good food, fast & courteous service. The taste is there & I must come back again to check the consistency. But nice surprise so far. Need to improve on the water filling though. Verdict : definitely give it a try. Came back again in April 2022 & still good. Came again in August 2023, still good. Tried again in January 2024. I think is going towards a 5**** soon. Came back again in March 2024 still great. Came back again in May 2024 & still the same quality. Again in June 2024 still good. Again in July 2024.February 2025. I tried octopus salad & would NOT recommend - very chewy. It deserves 5 stars, just for the effort they put so will raise my 4 to 5. Keep up the good job. I can only say there is another sushi restaurant in Montreal as good as this one. Verdict : give it a try.Voir plus

We have been coming here for years, but sadly watched the quality deteriorate over the pandemic & never recover. It's still fairly tasty but the presentation is an embarrassment to sushi chefs. Honestly, not sure why this place has high reviews. The sushi were quite basic, the sushi rice was overcooked. For the quality, this food was overpriced. Atmosphere & service were nice, but as a Japanese food enthusiast, this is not authentic & my meal was a disappointment.Voir plus

The restaurant was kind enough to resolve our issue which is truly appreciated because we love the food there & other sushi places we've tried are far below this one. So changing my review! Holidays are always hectic & one bad service experience will not deter us in coming back to this place, best sushi in MTL. We've been regular clients for over a year & are coming all the way from West Island to get sushis at this restaurant. Tonight when arriving to pick up our order we were told it wasn't confirmed « on their end » & wouldn't be ready for another 1h30. My husband showed the confirmation email with the pick up time we had received (he was actually 10 min late to pick up the food) but it didn't change anything. Nothing was proposed to make up for this. Really disappointed of this customer service, we can't wait an extra 1h30 for no reason. & since we have to drive 45 min to get these sushis I guess we won't order there anymore, not knowing if our order is confirmed « on their end »..... This was supposed to be our treat for our last meal with family visiting from far away, disappointment is at an all time high.Voir plus
