via LibroService struggles a bit. Food quality is just not there. Great to look at, but fundamentally not the best Asian food. I ordered PHO BON – BONE IN, BEEF SHORT RIB (2PCS) with extra rare beef. What came was the soup with some beef but no bones. I asked about it & they brought me one bone, I guess they were short. Overpriced.

I would have given a 3 star but because the customer service was excellent, I'll give it a 4.
The food was good, fairly priced for the portions. Presentation was very nice as well.
Our order was messed up a bit but the waiter was quick to request another plate with the right combination & offered it at no charge. I was also not impressed with my half-filled cocktail glass (for $12, I expected a full small-sized martini glass). So the bartender gave me a second drink, no charge.
The place was incredibly hyped with pictures on social media so I expected the place to be much nicer than it was. That being said, it's still nice, clean, spacious, a little too much on the dim side & there was no music for ambiance (if there was, I didn't hear it).
I'd go back but in a bit, so they can properly settle in & get their menu sorted out.
via LibroNous avons soupé à ce nouveau restaurant samedi 10 sept, nous étions 5 . Bonnes nourritures, très belle présentation. Le service a été long pour obtenir nos apéros/cocktails mais pour les assiettes le rythme était parfait. Le coût est juste, nous y retournerons certainement.
via LibroReview only based on the fact that it was a "soft opening", we had 4 dishes & 1 complimentary appetizer, we were there for almost 3hrs....they have great potential but are going thru growing pains! We wish the owner(original owner of Zento)best of luck! We know she can bring this new resto on the block, to the same caliber as her other successful resto!

Dinner at Knot d asie had great expectations but unfortunately only great disapointment Have been to Japan several times & really great Asian Fusion restaurants in Vancouver & San Francisco but Knot tries to make plate presentation its centerpiece Their dishes although elaborate are very mediocre overpriced & small portions . The only dish that stood out the soft shell crab sushi. Sake was served luke warm & sent back to reheat The waiter was pleasant & tried his best

Le service a été long mais on comprends que le rodage est pas encore pleinement implanté mais la gentillesse & le professionnalisme de notre serveuse Claudia a su compenser. Le menu est pas évident à comprendre pour une 1ere fois mais encore là Claudia a su prendre le temps de bien nous expliquer & suggérer certains plats . On y retournera!
via LibroPour le moment, tout ce qui est sur le menu n'est pas disponible & ce qui y est ne reflète pas la description ou l'image indiquée. Trois de nos plats ne contenaient pas tout ce qui était décrit & un était froid. L'ambiance est belle mais il y avait trop d'air froid sur nous. Même la facture est partie au vent. Les sushis & le poke bol étaient très bons & la soupe aussi. Nous allons y sûrement y retourner espérant que le tout sera mieux rodé.
via LibroI would recommend waiting until they are more established before visiting. Some items on the menu were not available & the food we order was not the culinary experience advertised. The torched sushi was good, but underwhelming. The dim sum had good flavor but I also had 1 piece that was all fat. Overall, more refinement is require for the menu.
