Fresh, delicious & authentic Japanese food. Don't miss out on the custard pudding. Service is discreet & efficient.
Best Japanese restaurant in town! The menu is ver well curated & all ofthe dishes are absolutely delicious. The quality of fish is perfect & their dishes with sea urchin are the most special. I really recommend this place
We enjoyed our experience here. Food was authentic, fresh & tasty. Service was great. We also enjoyed the atmosphere, though we found the speakers a bit too loud to have a conversation in such a small place. Overall we recommand this place if you're looking for an authentic japanese restaurant !
A truly authentic Japanese experience in the heart of Plateau. Having been to Japan, we were pleasantly surprised by the food. The menu is not extensive with rotating dishes of the day. The staff is extremely friendly!

I had the distinct pleasure of attending the Yakitori event hosted at Kitano Shokudo last Saturday, & I must express my profound satisfaction with the entire experience. The culinary journey embarked upon that evening was characterized by a meticulous attention to detail & an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
Among the culinary offerings, the duck skewer notably stood out. Its preparation was a testament to the culinary team's mastery, rendering the duck tender & succulent while delivering a harmonious fusion of flavors. The karaage, an exemplar of Japanese cuisine, exhibited an exquisite balance between its impeccably crispy exterior & the moist, impeccably seasoned interior.
The inclusion of a guinea fowl skewer showcased an adventurous spirit in the curation of the menu, which I found to be both commendable & rewarding. The unique qualities of guinea fowl were deftly highlighted through a skillful combination of grilling techniques & seasonings.
The libation offerings were equally impressive, with an assortment of imported beers & meticulously crafted cocktails to complement the culinary journey. This thoughtful selection allowed patrons to elevate their dining experience with choices that harmonized effortlessly with the culinary palette presented.
The ambiance, enhanced by a live DJ, bestowed a vibrant & dynamic aura to the evening. This sophisticated blend of music & conviviality significantly augmented the overall sensory engagement, distinguishing the event as an occasion of not only culinary exploration but also cultural enrichment.
In summation, Kitano Shokudo's Yakitori event showcased an unparalleled dedication to gastronomic artistry & a commitment to delivering an unforgettable dining encounter. This establishment's fusion of culinary prowess, beverage selection, & ambiance orchestration renders it an exemplary destination for connoisseurs seeking an elevated epicurean rendezvous.
