Amazing. Very authentic. The Larb Gai Tod (friend chicken spicy salad) was to die for. Khao soi was great but could use more pickled mustard in my opinion. Otherwise though was still very good. Highly recommend. Food is authentic & the ladies working are very nice.
Excellent Pad See Ew, I'm always looking for a Thai place that hits as good as food in Thailand & this is pretty close. My only complaint is I wish this was closer to where I lived. Can't wait to try out the other dishes
I really enjoyed my time at khao san restaurant! I ordered the pad see ew & devoured it, because it's that good. In addition, I got a Thai green milk tea, so refreshing & good I can drink this all day every day! Lastly, the server was very welcoming & friendly.
My wife (Thai) & I (American) had lunch here today & it was the highlight of our day in Montreal. I lived in Thailand for 4 years & my wife (who has been cooking the best Thai food for me for the past 50 years) thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. We had Nam Tok, Som Tum & Pad Si Ew. All was delicious but the Nam Tok was superb, maybe the best I've ever had!!! When we travel we try to stop at a few Thai restaurants along the way. We are usually disappointed. I can count on one hand the excellent Thai restaurants we've been to in the past 50 years & this is one of them. The owner & staff were super friendly too.

I love Thai spiced beef salad fried fish with sweet chili sauce & calamari salt & peppers with SINGHA BEER YOU MADE MY DAY KHAOSAN RESTO THAI 👌👌

We went here today, & had the most wonderful time~!! The food & drinks were authentically Thai, & delicious!! We tried some Thai drinks, & they were super refreshing especially on a super hot day like today~!!
We'd just finished training at the gym, & our tummies, muscles, & souls were satiated
Wow!! What a great experience with real Thai food & lovely friendly Thai staff warm of smile I recommend dessert mango sticky rice & tender beef Khaosoi I will be back again

Lovely ambience, very kind staff. The food was not too sweet like some other Thai restaurants that I know of. It was authentic & tasted the way it is supposed to taste, a true delight. I recommend this place. Thank you, from a South East Asian person. 🙏
My visit to Khao San was spectacular! I had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly & attentive-they made sure my food was exactly the spice level I wanted, which I really appreciated. The food itself was delicious, & they even threw in a little freebie! Definitely a spot I'd come back to.
I had a lot of great food on a week long trip to Montreal, but this ended up being my favorite meal. This is the best Thai food I have had in a long time. Accommodates vegans also
I come here regularly, & it never disappoints. The food is full of flavor, always fresh, & beautifully presented. You can truly taste the care in every dish. The staff is friendly & welcoming, & the space is cozy without being crowded.
I highly recommend trying their Pad Thai or any of their curry dishes - everything is full of authentic Thai spices & cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, & the prices are very fair.
It's one of those places you want to keep to yourself… but it deserves to be discovered! If you're looking for a comforting, delicious Thai meal in a calm atmosphere, this is the spot. 🙌🍜🇹🇭
I wasn't a fan of the way they did their fishcakes but I'm just used to a different regional variety. The service was also especially slow even though the place wasn't too busy.
The spice warnings on the menu are adjusted for the local palate. So you don't need to worry about'thai spicy' at this place.
La nourriture était très fraîche, le service client est excellent, l'endroit est petit mais les gens qui travaillent au restaurant sont très sympathiques & sont super rapides, l'emplacement est parfait & le prix est très juste, si vous voulez vous sentir comme chez vous, venez dans ce restaurant, la nourriture n'a pas autant de condiments & tombe très molle sur l'estomac.
