La cuisine est bon, le service des serveuse sont très bien mais la personne qui s'en occupe ou travaille dans la caisse c'est le pire, mauvaise service. C'est vraiment dommage parce qu'après d'avoir bien mangé, c'est lui qui endommage ta soirée
Ceci est un excellent "restaurant chinois". Les mets sont de très bonne qualité, les quantités servies sont généreuses, les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables, honnêtes. & vous pouvez apportez votre vin. Le service est impeccable, à tous les niveaux. Que vous y allez en famille, en couple ou avec les ami(e)s, vous allez vous régaler, & passer un bon moment, dans ce restaurant situé dans un joli quartier.
Nous sommes revenus pour une 3e fois ; nous avions aimé la nourriture qui est vraiment bonne ! pour celà , je donne 5 étoiles . Les 2 dernières fois nous avons été très bien servis ; par contre, cette fois & malheureusement la dernière ! nous n'avons pas senti cette belle courtoisie du début.... Après avoir consommé à 2 pour une somme bien ronde de près de 80$ , avec un 15% de pourboire , le serveur qui nous a servi ne nous a même pas remercié ni dit au revoir . C'est inconcevable & fort impoli ! Dommage on aimait revenir , & cette attitude nous a vraiment déçus. Ils ont perdu 2 bons clients !
Nous sommes allés à ce restaurant à quelques reprises. La nourriture y est toujours vraiment délicieuse. Cependant, le service est toujours long & peu courtois.
Malgré la qualité de la nourriture, j'accorde un deux pour le service car à notre dernière visite, les employés ce sont attablés 30 minutes avant la fermeture du restaurant & l'un d'eux fumait à proximité de nous pendant que nous mangions. Étant accompagné d'une personne asmathique, j'en ai parlé à mon serveur attablé auprès du fumeur. Il a simplement nié ce dont nous avions été témoin.
Dirty, the place smells really bad, we couldn't use the washroom because of the smell. It was very cold in the restaurant,we had to wear jackets while eating. & the food was discussing, the worst experience ever.

Very Disappointed with the Service, took 45 minutes to get seated & another hour to have our order taken. Noticed that two couples that were behind us in line were served before us, the waiter actually came back to the table to ask us what we had ordered When our meal finally arrived, It had shrimp mixed with the rice, this could have been disastrous if someone had an allergy.
Food was Average, nothing special. I blame a lack of Personnel, Waiter was trying but over extended. Did not offer any compensation for the extreme delay & poor service.

La qualité de la nourriture, l'abondance des plats à prix plus que raisonnable, la qualité du service, la gentillesse du proprio, la propreté & l'aménagement des lieux, TOUT ÉTAIT A1 !! Le resto vient de gagner de nouveaux clients, je vous le recommande chaleureusement !!
I have been going to this chinese-sechuan restaurant for years, the service & the employees, are wonderful, you feel they want to make the customer happy, food is abundant & excellent, prices are extremely reasonable, this restaurant is family run , no mistake here, we come as a group for birthdays & other feasts , have never been disappointed.,everyone in our group loves the food served here. Not a noisy place, clean etc etc.

Vraiment le meilleur restaurant chinois à Laval. La nourriture y est excellente, & les portions plus que généreuse.
Le service est très courtois (apportez votre "anglais"!). Ils avaient l'air un peu débordé, mais ils ont tout fait pour que notre repas fut agréable.
À essayer, & ré-essayer!
Have been enjoying Ken's cooking here since January 2013. The restaurant is clean, with fabric beige coloured tablecloths. Ken always comes out of the kitchen to greet his customers & then returns to your table to make sure everything is just how you like it.
There are many "a la carte" dishes to choose from. The wonton soup is always hot with shrimp filled won tons. The hot & sour soup is good also. The egg rolls are full of pork & less cabbage with a pungent plum sauce. Last time we dined, we had sweet & & sour shrimp, comes with a very light batter coating, not to heavy., braised chicken in a pot, delicious. Also had the sesame chicken, & chicken fried rice. The dishes are generous, we are always four, & always have leftovers that they pack up for you. Prices are very reasonable. One dish I really like is the Cantonese noodles, I don't know how they make it, but it is better than others I've had most recently. Reservations not required & is also a BYOB. No uncorking fee, but I don't drink wine with Asian food. They have there own parking which makes things easier than going down to china town. Al al in all, strongly recommend to others.
Excellent restaurant! Ken greets you at the door, the waiter/ waitress are so kind & friendly & the food is delicious! We arrived later than our party, who had already ordered, we placed our order & all the food came at the same time & we didn't wait long. The food was fresh, piping hot & everyone enjoyed it. Taking the rest home also isn't a problem & they pack it for you (unlike some places that bring you the styrofoam to do it yourself).
Would eat there again for sure, price points are the same as other restos (ranging from 8.95-11.95/plate) & it's a BYOW! You can;t go wrong!
So. went there to meet a friend. Walked in & Ken greeted us at the door. I recognize him from another restaurant a few years back which I frequented all the time. Nice to see him. & I also recongnized the waiter (same circumstances).
About the food. it's as good or BETTER than downtown (I used to eat at VIP all the time).
Delicious...big portions...great service. Need I say more?
Walked in & was immediately greeted by a familiar face... The long-time waiter at Kam Shing on Decarie is now the owner of this restaurant. The food was excellent & at a great price. The service top notch as Ken & the waiter made sure that I was well served & happy with my meal. I will definitely be back.
