Best hot & sour soup.
Peanut butter dumplings were melt in your mouth.
General Tso chicken was overly breaded but delicious.
Szechuan shrimp was perfect. Spicy & saucy.
Service was pffft.
Still give them 4.8 out of 5
Excellent
Take out combo #2 food not fresh. The rice had shrimps that went bad. The won ton soup is watered down. Wont be returning.
les egg rolls pas tellement bon..pis la soupe wong tong..pas fameuse non plus
sparibs sont bon pis chicken souguy esr bon aussi
Bonne bouffe (soupe wontong wow)
Bon service,4 étoile pour l'état des lieux qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement.
Nous vous arrêtez pas au look, les plats sont succulents & les portion généreuse.
I have been here only 4 times, but each time was extremely satisfying. We were 10 people celebrating birthdays so were always order the special combo for the table. It includes soup, spring rolls & so many different dishes. My favourites are the beef n broccoli, the crispy chicken & the dumplings in peanut sauce. 👌🏻 The only reason I removed 1 star from the atmosphere is because it is noisy at times. But that's only because it's so very busy. In my opinion it's a really good sign if the restaurant is always packed. We did make reservations because we were so many people. We did add a couple of items to our order on top of the special combo just to be certain that we had enough. However the waiter was spot on with what we ordered & we left with full bellies all around! 😁 As you can see from all the empty plates.
Best "Real" Chinese Restaurant in Ste Dorothé. Food are the same as in China Town serve for chinese people. Porc Chop & Beef rice noodle are the kids Favorite. Best Hot & sour soup. The staff are very nice. The place is very cosy. & its a Bring Your Own Wine!!
We visited the restaurant Last Monday Sept 4 (Labour day) five of us, 4 adults & one child. We ordered the option for 4 adults, 6 main dishes 4 small soups & rollers all very tasted & pleasant. One thing missing maybe owner should consider is oriental environmental music. I live in Laval, & I recommend this restaurant.
Usually the food here is hot & fresh whether dining in or taking out. Tonight was not a good Night. Won ton soup was ok but not hot. Egg rolls were hard like a rock & were not fresh. The Wong wing egg rolls I buy at IGA are better. The main dishes came, also not very hot, didn't seem fresh, tasted ok, the general Tao chicken had no zing to it. It was more like pineapple chicken. It will be a long time before we return. In general, restaurants in laval are losing their appeal with poor quality & lack Lustre service.
Plats insipide & sens ames.Nous avons prit un soupe won ton qui ne se demarquait pas plus que un autre restaurent chinois.Soupe bien ordinaire quoi. La generalite des plats semblaient morts tellement quils etaient terne & sens vie.Aucune couleur & presque sens gout. Comme ont dit passons aux suivant. Restaurent parfait pour dalthonien
Have been enjoying Ken's cooking here since January 2013. The restaurant is clean, with fabric beige coloured tablecloths. Ken always comes out of the kitchen to greet his customers & then returns to your table to make sure everything is just how you like it.
There are many "a la carte" dishes to choose from. The wonton soup is always hot with shrimp filled won tons. The hot & sour soup is good also. The egg rolls are full of pork & less cabbage with a pungent plum sauce. Last time we dined, we had sweet & & sour shrimp, comes with a very light batter coating, not to heavy., braised chicken in a pot, delicious. Also had the sesame chicken, & chicken fried rice. The dishes are generous, we are always four, & always have leftovers that they pack up for you. Prices are very reasonable. One dish I really like is the Cantonese noodles, I don't know how they make it, but it is better than others I've had most recently. Reservations not required & is also a BYOB. No uncorking fee, but I don't drink wine with Asian food. They have there own parking which makes things easier than going down to china town. Al al in all, strongly recommend to others.
