Bon dans l'ensemble mais mon filet mignon était froid pris trop de temps pour le service entre les entrées & repas principal. Au moment de payer la facture son terminal,pas a jour pourboire débute à 18%; 20% 22%; mon,mari a demandé il est ou le 15% il a fallu, qu'elle prenne le terminal pour le mettre manuellement non conforme à la loi. Les prix augmentent à chaque fois,que nous y allons pourtant pas si souvent. Commence à être très cher Keg's,Steak-house.
Bonjour, un peu comme à l'ancienne, beaucoup trop salé !! Pain à l'ail tellement salé & crevette gratiné également. Ne commencez pas ça si vous n'êtes pas grand amateur de sel. . Serveur d'accord avec nous car beaucoup de client se plaignent 🤪
C'était notre première fois au Keg & nous avons été vraiment impressionnés par cette première visite. D'abord, tout le personnel était souriant & courtois, & ce dès l'accueil à l'entrée. Nous avons été servis par Jacinthe qui était franchement exceptionnelle du début à la fin & a rendu notre expérience vraiment agréable. La nourriture était excellente, la viande tendre & cuite à la perfection. L'ambiance posée & tamisée était aussi fort agréable. Bref, je recommanderai chaudement à famille & amis, & nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation!

The ambience here is excellent, & the food quality is absolutely top-tier. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, & the execution of the dishes was spot on. I would certainly recommend this place for the culinary experience alone.
?Room for Improvement:
The service, while attentive, felt a bit over-managed when it came to dietary restrictions. I was asked about allergies & noted a specific one, but the dish I ordered didn't contain that ingredient to begin with. Despite this, I was repeatedly checked on to confirm the meal was safe for me.
?While I understand this is likely a standard protocol to prevent liability or cross-contamination, the repetitive questioning felt a bit disruptive to the dining experience.
?Overall Verdict:
Minor service hiccups aside, the food & atmosphere make this restaurant well worth a visit. I will definitely be back.

Tres mauvaise expérience au the keg St bruno les assietes froide les steak tres tres mauvaise qualite . On avait mentionné clairement qu'on célébrait un anniversaire, & malgré ça, absolument rien n'a été fait. Aucun geste, aucune attention, même pas un simple mot - comme si ça n'avait jamais été pris en compt
Le service en général manquait de professionnalisme surtout le gerant on dirait un ado (Micheal Rea), & ça a vraiment gâché un moment qui était censé être spécial. Pour un restaurant de ce niveau, c'est franchement décevant. On s'attend à un minimum d'attention aux détails, surtout pour une occasion comme celle-là.
SI C EST LE MODUS OPERANDI, NOUS N'Y RETOURNERONS PAS!!Nous avons choisi Le Keg pour un 5 à 7 un vendredi soir. Arrivés à 16h15 on se fait préciser qu'on doit être parti pour 19h. A la limite, j'accepte mais ce n'était pas nécessaire. Rarement les clients stagnent trois heures dans un resto de moyenne gamme. Le serveur Justin, très attentionné, nous explique les differents menus en mettant l'emphase sur les différents items mais en omettant les détails du menu Happy Hour. À la réception de la facture, il a facturé un Bloody Ceasar Le Keg (2 oz) à 15$ plutôt que le Keg Ceasar (1 oz) pointé dans le menu du happy hour à 7$. Les 2 Bières du menu happy hour à 7,5$ (14 oz) mais sans le demander il a apporté des formats à 10$ (18 oz). Même chose pour le mini sandwich boeuf inscrit à 7$ pour le happy hour. Il demande si on veut l'assiette de 3 (inscrit en tout petit 7$/ch.). Mais le serveur ne le précise pas.
La nourriture était excellente mais le fait d'essayer de surfacturer pour augmenter le pourboire, si c'était le but recherché, a fait l'effet contraire. Il a eu 15% plutôt que 20% & nous n'y retournerons pas. SOYEZ VIGILANT!!
L'expérience avait bien commencé mais s'est terminée en déception.

The filet mignon was good & it was wrapped with a bacon slice, but it could have more flavor & spice to it.
The pork ribs was fresh& juicy, but lacked flavor & taste.
Overall the meats were fresh & of good quality. They just need to spice it up a little bit.
Nous avons été servie par Nina, elle est excellente, souriante , explique bien la carte, grâce à elle on a passé un bon moment, & on a bien été conseillé pour nos choix de repas donc très bon
Jai ete servi par la serveuse jacinthe,(en tu cas celle qui resemble a mari-lyne,joncas) très sympathique a l écoute souriante bon service. L'ambiance, la nourriture wow les portion son grosse
