So when I went to this Boba place, I basically had to ask for scoop of tapioca Boba & how much scoops can they do & they said they couldn't we understood but we wanted to see how much they could put in a cup with tea then they were refusing giving attitude saying which size & then cut me off when I was trying to ask can you answer my question & then was doing this whole like scandal or whatever so I politely said I don't want it because I felt like they were rude with their attitude & that they did not have any patience with the customer & they even wanna try to make the customer feel understandable with their service & how it works so I do not recommend this place. Thank you.

St Bruno Real Fruit so good!!! We went to real fruit & had a taro smoothie with tapioca. Tom who helped us was kind , smiley & made the best drinks for myself & my daughter's. The music was a vibe & the place was super clean! I will definitely go back, craving the same drink!!! Thank you!

Very disappointing service. We went there this evening after supper, & the employee was on his phone when we arrived. He didn't even greet us or say anything at all, just served us after finishing whatever he was watching. The whole experience felt unprofessional & frustrating, definitely not what we expected. It honestly felt like a rip-off. We won't be going back.

On est au Québec & on se fait servir juste en anglais. Ils comprennent 0 le français & ne le parle pas du tout. Aucuns des 2 employés souriaient & ils avaient l'air super bête. J'y suis allée le 12 Avril vers 16h05.

Staff qui parle qu'en anglais à St-Bruno (?) & un thé'froid' température pièce. J'suis pas du genre à laisser un mauvais review mais c'était réellement une expérience de marde. On peux tu m'parler en francais au Québec svp? Venant de quelqu'un de parfaitement bilingue.
