Very disappointing service. We went there this evening after supper, & the employee was on his phone when we arrived. He didn't even greet us or say anything at all, just served us after finishing whatever he was watching. The whole experience felt unprofessional & frustrating, definitely not what we expected. It honestly felt like a rip-off. We won't be going back.
On est au Québec & on se fait servir juste en anglais. Ils comprennent 0 le français & ne le parle pas du tout. Aucuns des 2 employés souriaient & ils avaient l'air super bête. J'y suis allée le 12 Avril vers 16h05.
Staff qui parle qu'en anglais à St-Bruno (?) & un thé'froid' température pièce. J'suis pas du genre à laisser un mauvais review mais c'était réellement une expérience de marde. On peux tu m'parler en francais au Québec svp? Venant de quelqu'un de parfaitement bilingue.
The smoothie tasted way too sweet for me. Also noticed they use powdered milk which gives it a bit of an artificial taste. Not bad but the sweetness was overpowering & I prefer real milk over the powdered stuff they use.
If you don't feel like working, close up the store or take your day off! It's normal that there are more customers on a saturday. If you want to finish before 5pm than lock the door at 4h30pm & don't let anyone come in. P.S you should change your hour & write down we don't take anymore customers after 4h45 because there are other people waiting for their orders. If you don't like your job or your salary than change your job. Talk to your boss instead of screaming out! Customers are all ready to cancel their drinks
There are reasons why customers don't leave you any tips with your attitude & mood swing. Don't forget if you don't have any customers, who will pay you & how can the business survive. We were going to leave you cash tips but forget it ...with all the big negative vibes ..& shouting at the end. First learn how to respect people & yourself. Girl you still need to learn a lot in life! Education: Discipline ...Maturity & Respect!!!
29 juille 2025 Mauvaise service on a fait une réclamation car le jus qu'on avait commandé c'était de l'eau & du glace mais ma fille m'a dit qu'ils est trompé & qu'il a fait un jus difficile avec la protéine & que c'est pour ça que le saveur était différent mais le monsieur rien dit seulement il devient fâché & il a changé les jus de malheureux

I absolutely love real fruit particularly the fresh fruit slush. I was very happy to see they cganged employees at this location the person working was very quick on making my drink & had good energy. Not to be rude but the last employee was extremely slow & lacked social skills.

Nous avons commandé nos boissons il y a 20 minutes. La mienne n'est toujours pas prête alors que ma camarade a été servie... Nous attendons. Attendons. L'employé est seul. Il a l'air indifférent & égaré d'une crevette pendant le naufrage du Titanic. Enfin, 25 minutes & des poussières plus tard, la boisson est servie avec une mine basse. Par contre, la boisson est bonne.
