Le koobideh juteux, le poulet tendre infusé au safran & les tomates grillées à la perfection reposent sur un riz parfumé, agrémenté de baies d'épine-vinette acidulées. La salade fraîche avec sa sauce crémeuse & les pommes de terre croustillantes complètent parfaitement le tout. Un incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine persane authentique & savoureuse !
