Wanted to have something different from what I usually eat (burgers) so I googled & KBF popped up on maps.
Located in Downtown Montreal this small middle eastern restaurant was surprisingly good. I ordered a kebab plate which had two beef kebab's on a platter of rice, salad, potatoes & turnips. The kababs were very good & flavourful. The plate was plentiful.
Service is excellent. Price is reasonable. Establishment is relaxed, clean with seating around 20.
No dedicated parking except on the street.
Would definitely recommend. I enjoyed this meal expérience.
I had mix kebab plate here & it was delicious. They are so generous with the portions. It's more than enough for two people. The salad, fries, pickles, were all good. The koobideh kebab was incredibly flavorful & tender & the grilled tomatoes added a perfect touch. The persian yogurt drink(doogh) was refreshing & authentic, just the right balance of salty & minty. The staff were friendly. I'll definitely be coming back, highly recommend to anyone who loves Persian Kebab!

Ce plateau persan est un véritable festin pour les sens ! Le koobideh juteux, le poulet tendre infusé au safran & les tomates grillées à la perfection reposent sur un riz parfumé, agrémenté de baies d'épine-vinette acidulées. La salade fraîche avec sa sauce crémeuse & les pommes de terre croustillantes complètent parfaitement le tout. Un incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine persane authentique & savoureuse !

Tonight I orderd item 6 in the menu which was Koobideh & rice with the grilled tomamto & salad, for 1 person. It was really delicious & I liked it! The chef is so friendly & professional! Also the price is reasonable. I recommend koobideh in this restaurant :)
10/10 service the owner was really nice & gave suggestions. Had the backstreet kebab & it's a perfect quick lunch portion, rice is the best part plus the beets in the salad. Kebab was light & tasty!

Was actually going to another place when we stumbled upon this little halal gem. The smell of the grill got us. The food is very tasy, the meat perfectly seasoned, service with a smile. Worth the wait. The only thing I wish the 3 choices on salad were a bit more generous because they were too delicious! Will come back
