Really enjoyed my meal at KBF Kebab! The food was fresh, tasty, & the kebabs were cooked perfectly. Friendly staff, quick service, & good portions. Definitely worth a visit I will be back again

I had a great dine-in experience at Bol Kebab(KBF)The food was fresh, flavorful, & served hot. The kebabs were perfectly cooked, & the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made us feel welcome. The restaurant was clean & had a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Bol Kebab to anyone looking for delicious food & excellent service. I'll be coming back again

The sidewalk is already severely restricted because of construction on St. Catherine's street, yet this restaurant still blocks part of the remaining path with an advertising sign. It's inconsiderate & makes walking by unnecessarily difficult. It shows a disappointing lack of consideration for pedestrians, especially anyone with a stroller, wheelchair, or mobility issues. Please think about pedestrians before placing obstacles in such a narrow space.
Je suis venu ce soir dans ce restaurant & j'ai passé une commande. Pendant que j'attendais qu'elle soit préparée, j'ai commencé à observer ce qui se passait autour de moi, & ce que j'ai vu m'a profondément choqué.
Presque toutes les tables étaient couvertes de taches de graisse, il y avait des grains de riz sur les chaises & des aliments, notamment de la salade, étaient renversés sur le comptoir sans être nettoyés.
À un moment, un employé de cuisine est sorti pour prendre un peu de cette salade avant de retourner en cuisine. Quelques instants plus tard, il est revenu avec la bouche pleine, s'est essuyé la bouche avec sa main, puis a essuyé sa main sur son vêtement.
Peu après, un autre employé est sorti de la cuisine avec la bouche pleine, portant les mêmes gants qu'il utilisait pour préparer les aliments. Sans changer de gants, il a pris du pain dans l'espace réservé aux clients avant de retourner en cuisine. Cette scène m'a donné l'impression que les gants servaient davantage à garder les mains propres qu'à éviter toute contamination des aliments.
Après avoir vu tout cela, je n'avais plus aucune confiance dans le respect des règles d'hygiène & j'ai demandé l'annulation de ma commande ainsi que le remboursement.
Lorsque j'ai expliqué calmement les raisons de ma décision, un employé, plus petit de taille, m'a répondu d'un ton particulièrement impoli : « Tu peux rentrer chez toi, manger ton repas & ne pas prendre de salade. » Pendant toute la conversation, il m'a fixé d'une manière très agressive & intimidante, au point de me mettre réellement mal à l'aise.
J'ai également été surpris de ne voir personne superviser la salle ou intervenir face à la situation pendant tout le temps où j'étais sur place.
Il m'a fallu près de trente minutes pour obtenir mon remboursement.
Je n'ai finalement pas mangé la nourriture, je ne peux donc pas juger son goût ou sa qualité. En revanche, ce que j'ai vu & vécu a suffi pour que je décide d'annuler ma commande. Pour moi, l'hygiène & le respect du client sont essentiels, & ce soir je n'ai retrouvé ni l'un ni l'autre.
Kebabs & burgers are very juicy & delicious. French fries are crispy & fresh. I have tasted their Kebab with rice, classique burger, Dopamin burger, poutin with kebab, & french fries so far. I loooved them all. I am going to try other options in their menu.
