I've ordered from KBF through Uber Eats several times, & every single time the order doesn't match the photos or description. I was supposed to get two portions of rice with kebab, side dishes, & a bowl of sholezard, but instead I only received the rice & kebab & a small chocolate ice cream.
Calling the restaurant each time doesn't help - they just say it was a mistake & hope it won't happen again, but it always does. The food itself is average & nothing special.
Honestly, I cannot recommend this place because the orders are consistently inaccurate & disappoint.
Delicious Persian food with the most hospitable staff. The hot nan hot kebab was so tasty & healthy with tomatoes & a delicious bread. The bread used was traditional Persian bread'Sangak' was my favorite bread I ever tried! The burgers are also very tasty, light & healthy. Thank you for the amazing food & hospitality. I also recommend their Persian desserts'shole zard' &'Pistachio Persian roulette'
We were there for the first time & ordered Koobideh kebab with rice, salad, & doogh. Everything was delicious-I highly recommend trying it if you want to taste Iranian foods
Hands down the best kebab I've ever had! On top of the amazing food, the owner is one of the coolest & most welcoming Persian guys I've ever met. Great energy & high-quality food.

I have to be honest - when I first thought about going into this place today, I was super hesitant. 😅 I've been to so many places where the food didn't live up to the hype, & I really wasn't sure about this one. But wow… as soon as I tried it, I realized I made the absolutely RIGHT choice. I honestly don't think you could find anything like this anywhere else!
The food? Completely insane. Their kebabs are insanely fresh & full of flavor, & the burgers? Juicy perfection. & that sauce… OMG, I have NO idea what's in it, but it's pure magic - there's this tiny little twist in it that makes every bite explode with flavor. The bread is hot, soft, & fresh, & if you love cheese, their cheesy dish is out-of-this-world delicious. I was seriously surprised by how amazing everything is, especially for the price. & they're open until 4 AM, which is perfect for a late-night craving.

The Kebab tasted good, & I recommend it if you're adventurous & you are around. They also serve a special Persian drink called Doogh, which they make themselves.
Wanted to have something different from what I usually eat (burgers) so I googled & KBF popped up on maps.
Located in Downtown Montreal this small middle eastern restaurant was surprisingly good. I ordered a kebab plate which had two beef kebab's on a platter of rice, salad, potatoes & turnips. The kababs were very good & flavourful. The plate was plentiful.
Service is excellent. Price is reasonable. Establishment is relaxed, clean with seating around 20.
No dedicated parking except on the street.
Would definitely recommend. I enjoyed this meal expérience.
I had mix kebab plate here & it was delicious. They are so generous with the portions. It's more than enough for two people. The salad, fries, pickles, were all good. The koobideh kebab was incredibly flavorful & tender & the grilled tomatoes added a perfect touch. The persian yogurt drink(doogh) was refreshing & authentic, just the right balance of salty & minty. The staff were friendly. I'll definitely be coming back, highly recommend to anyone who loves Persian Kebab!
