Across reviews, Kazo Ramen is described as a cozy, welcoming spot with consistently flavorful bowls, especially the creamy tonkotsu and the spicy paitan, plus a balanced broth and tender chashu. Service is repeatedly praised as fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is often noted as warm or cozy and inviting. Favorites like takoyaki, karaage and various ramens draw strong praise, with several diners calling it the best ramen in Lasalle or Montreal and a reliable go to for frequent visits. Value and quick service are common positives, though a few posts mention smaller portions, some menu items sold out, and occasional issues such as unclean toilets or decor choices like AI inspired decor that some felt dampened the mood. Overall, Kazo Ramen comes across as a highly regarded ramen destination with broad appeal and repeat visits, despite a small number of caveats.
We came on a sunday evening, always wanted to try this place since we don't have lots of asian restaurants in Lasalle. The appetizers are very affordable compared to other places. We got the shrim' tempura for our daughter to snack on while waiting for our ramens. Our server was really nice & attentive. The ramens we got were really good! We left pretty happy :)
This is my favourite soup restaurant in Lasalle:) I always come here & get their tonkotsu & some karage chicken. The broth is creamy & delicious & their chicken is always extra juicy. The food comes out pretty quickly, I barely have time to finish my appetizers most times, but its fun to have the table filled with delicious food:) The staff is also very friendly & attentive to the customers! 100/10. If you're ever craving soup, don't skip out on this gem of a restaurant!!
vegetarians of Lasalle! give this one a shot. Cute atmosphere, nice decor, timely service. i feel like within a blink-of-an-eye my glass of water was refilled without me having to look around for the waiter. great service from the gentleman today. Before tax & tip, $14somethin for the vegetarian ramen. Tasted delicious & very hearty. If I was more hungry I would have wanted a bigger portion size, but for today thankfully it was just-enough. great place, don't sleep on this spot. vegetarians give it a shot!
An incredible cozy gem of a Ramen place in Lasalle ❤?❤? We loved everything about it from the decor to the fantastic food & service 😇😇 We started with fried wontons that were so delicious & then moved onto the main course. I had the Karaage Don while my partner had the Kazo Special Shio & each bite was a gourmet's delight ❤?❤? We ended with the incredible Japanese cheesecake (Mango & Green tea) ❤?❤?We cannot wait to come back to this 11/10 restaurant whenever we are craving Ramen 😇😇 UPDATES: Went for dinner again & had the Gyoza, Gyu Don, Oyako Don & they were beyond delicious with fantastic service as always ❤?❤?
Very good, authentic-style ramen in LaSalle. Quality comparable to big chain ramen restaurants in Japan like Ichiran. About $20-25 (tax & tip included) for a bowl. Recommend getting an appetizer or extras. Sadly they recently changed to smaller portions, including smaller bowls & smaller cuts of cha shu. Flavor is still there though.

I discovered a nice place for lunch around my work, & wow better than I expected. Their ramen broth are delicious, clear & tasty! I tried their yuzu ramen, you could taste the slight citrus taste I love. If you like slightly spicy I definitely recommend their Tantan pork ramen yum……Pretty generous portion as well. photos tells all :) As for their appetizers, a must-try takoyaki & shrimp dumpling! Their deco/ambiance is very warm & welcoming. The waiters are very kind & helpful. Let me tell you this place has even better ramen than other places I have tried before. The noodles, the broth, the portion, the veggies, nothing to complain My favorite asian place to go in Lasalle!

This is a great place to get Ramen. Lasalle is very lucky to have this Restaurant. Go in & try this place out. Ypu will not regret it. The flavours are great. The noodles are perfect. The space is clean & the staff is great. I find the quality varies a little sometimes & it's sad that they no longer have pork shoulder in some dishes, but they didn't compensate by adding something else to the bowl, you just get less for the same price. However, still try this place out!
