[Update March 2026]
I don't know if the restaurant changed owner, it used to be my favorite spot for ramen but since last year I felt the quality changed, while price increased. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed, they were more generous on the bbq meat but now they will serve you 2, 3 slice of thin. At $17.95 this is not cheap so I expect to have a decent & generous bowl of ramen for me to come back. At this price, I might rather go for a Vietnamese Pho

Nice broth & quality ingredients
The bowl size is a bit small but overall delicious
Yummmmy ramen spot! I love that their broth isn't so salty & just right amount of umami flavour! Highly recommended!!
My boyfriend is very picky & tried many amazing places of ramen 🍜 & he says it's the best ramen he's ever eaten. He took the tantan & I took the shoyu with srimp dumpling & it was excellent 🤩🤩🤩. The taste of the broth, the quality of the dumpling 🥟, the cooking, everything was perfect.
Customer service was quick & nice, he recommended us well. Price very affordable for the quality!
I couldn't recommend this place enough!
Pretty delicious ramen which was not salty at all. Broth tasted authentic. Fried corn appetizer was good too.
This is my favourite soup restaurant in Lasalle:) I always come here & get their tonkotsu & some karage chicken. The broth is creamy & delicious & their chicken is always extra juicy. The food comes out pretty quickly, I barely have time to finish my appetizers most times, but its fun to have the table filled with delicious food:) The staff is also very friendly & attentive to the customers! 100/10. If you're ever craving soup, don't skip out on this gem of a restaurant!!
Ordered veggie ramen & 3 orders of takoyaki on Uber eats .
Veggie ramen was just okay , slightly salty broth.
Takoyaki barely had a small piece of octopus but the salad it was sent with was rotten spring mix .
No quality control on that .
Undercooked food all around. Broth & noodles were okay, less than average but the undercooked chicken appetizer & eggs in the ramen (more than they should be) left us uneasy & unable to finish.
I came here for dinner with my friend during Ramen Festival week to check out some of the specials that Kazo offered. We ordered two sides to share, the Takoyaki & the Karaage, we enjoyed both of them. I had the Vegetarian Ramen, which was delicious with its thicker noodles & its clear broth. My friend had the Creamy Tori Ramen & she really liked it. We appreciated that the favour of the broth was just right & not too salty like some of the other ramen restaurants. Will definitely return for more delicious ramen since the cold season is coming soon. Also, the service was great, our waitress was friendly & attentive.
In the past year, it seems they've been changing what they've been putting in their broth/ramen. Their soups aren't consistent. Sometimes, they lack flavor. They also regularly forget the nori. It's still pretty cheap though.
many delicious types of ramen offered with pork, beer, or as vegetarian options. We tried the many dishes & loved them all. What stood out the most to us were: - The creamy tonkotsu: exquisite broth & noodles topped with soft-boiled eggs & well-cooked, juicy, & tender pork. - The chicken karaage: crispy & well-seasoned with a lovely sauce. They have a house spicy oil that really adds a beautiful little kick to your meal. For dessert, we couldn't help ourselves & asked for BOTH the yuzu & matcha cheesecakes, & the extra calories were totally worth it.
I discovered a nice place for lunch around my work, & wow better than I expected. Their ramen broth are delicious, clear & tasty! I tried their yuzu ramen, you could taste the slight citrus taste I love. If you like slightly spicy I definitely recommend their Tantan pork ramen yum……Pretty generous portion as well. photos tells all :) As for their appetizers, a must-try takoyaki & shrimp dumpling! Their deco/ambiance is very warm & welcoming. The waiters are very kind & helpful. Let me tell you this place has even better ramen than other places I have tried before. The noodles, the broth, the portion, the veggies, nothing to complain My favorite asian place to go in Lasalle!
Creamy pork tonkatsu ramen was delicious. Karaage was crispy & tender, though I would have preferred a better sauce than barely spicy mayo. Takoyaki was good & typical. Ramen broth was not packed properly & leaked everywhere in the bag.
SUPER TASTY RAMEN! We had the Creamy Tonkotsu, Spicy Pork Paitan & a side of chicken karaage. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled pork belly in our ramen. The Spicy Pork Paitan was my favorite. The broth is really rich & just spicy enough for me. Amazing ramen. Will definitely be back. 😁
First time ever had a Yuzu Ramen, the citrus taste on top of shoyu broth was unique & delicious. Also loved their toppings especially wontons & bamboo shoots:)) 👀Plus the server was cute too.
The broth, noodles, & other ingredients are good. However, I'm giving them 3 stars because of the pork chashu that I got which was one 2x2 thin slice. Disappointing the meat portion has gotten small.
I'm new to ramen, & I only cared about the broth the few times I tried it elsewhere but trust me when I say that this place is on another level. You can tell that everything in your bowl was fresh quality produce cooked by someone that cares & loves cooking. Will be ordering again, I want to taste everything on their menu now!
Cute cozy little restaurant. The atmosphere was mellow & relaxed & the dim lighting gave a lovely ambience that feels like a retreat after a long day. Music was set at just the right volume which permits people to talk normally rather than shout. The Food was quite tasty too! I ordered a side of takoyaki & karaage as well as their shoyu kazo special as a main dish. The takoyaki was really well cooked which gave it a nice crispy edge ; solid 10/10. On the other hand the karaage was also quite tasty but the pieces were cut in very big chunks which made me use my hands to split some pieces in half. Lastly the Ramen I chose truly pleased me. The broth was rich in flavor & the dumplings that came inside were really tasty! Overall though, I found the food here to but just a little bit too salty for my pallet. As far as service goes, luck was probably not of my side. With only 1 waitress having to manage all the uber orders, phone calls & clients... it made me feel a little bit uneasy to ask for anything. That being said, her service was very welcoming & attentive. I will have to come back & try out more of the menu!
