View more
Good quality price ratio. However, nothing really stands out. The taste is very basic & bland. A bit more salt would have made the pork even better. The Katsu were all very crispy & tender. Overall, good food but could & have had better.View more
Dined here twice, service could have been better. 1st time, waited to be seated. Got tired of waiting, seated ourselves. Later saw other people got seated by the waitress right away. Food was great though. 2nd time, Seated ourselves because I learnt from the first time. Waitress served 2 groups who came after us instead of us right away. We ended up waiting again. Food was still good. Great food, subpar service.View more
Excellent katsu au poulet, pas gras du tout & parfaitement frit. Top. Service sympa bonnes explications & conseilsView more
Very good Katsu, large portions, offers as many soups as you want part of the combo. Took some appetizers as takeout, they were really good as well.View more
View more
Every katsu we tried were delicious! My favourites were the garlic sweet chili katsu & the sweet potato & cheese katsu. You get 2 pieces of katsu if you don't order the cheese or sweet potato katsu. The sweet chili sauce tasted similar to the yangnyeom sauce & the addition of the sweet potato & cheese to the katsu gave it a nice sweet & savoury balance. The service was good & it wasn't too packed on a Saturday lunch. You get unlimited soup, rice & salad refills which is nice. For the price & portion, I think it was worth it! Will come back again!View more
Good crispy katsu. You can get extra sauce but I don't think it's necessary. Katsu portions are large while rice portion is small. The chicken karaage included 3 types of sauce. The chicken is offered either as wings or boneless, but they only had boneless at the time. Be aware if you like cheese the Brick Cheese katsu includes a ton of cheese & my friend felt it can be a bit of a heavy meal but the cheese does stretch.View more

Went here on a Tuesday night for supper. Place was busy but not full, we were able to get a seat right. I ordered the honeycomb Katsu, & it basically tasted like I was eating a hotdog. It wasn't great, but maybe that was just the item I ordered. My biggest issue was that the restaurant had a very strong smell of sewage that kinda grossed me out & ruined my appetite.View more
Our pork katsu had good breading, but the meat inside for our order was a bit thin & not juicy. Quite generous portions. Small clean eatery, there was a bit of a wait time as tables were not cleared promptly. They were perhaps understaffed. Our order was taken but not registered, & another staff came by ~10 mins later to ask us to order (again). We asked for a salad refill & again it was forgotten until we asked a second time. Service/ manpower in this area could be improved, but I have to commend that the servers were always polite.View more
My partner & I ate here on Friday August 9th around 4PM. This is a small restaurant conveniently located steps away from the Guy Concordia/St Mathieu exit of the metro. It's close to the university & many other great asian restaurants. Decor is modern, clean. Recently renovated as it opened in June of 2024. I heard about it through social media, they have other chains throughout Canada & the videos I saw all featured beautifully presented, generous portions of fried pork, chicken, fish or cheese drizzles in sauces & curries. My experience was just as advsertised, & delicious! Since we dined early, the restaurant was pretty empty. We were seated right away, offered a jug of cold water & showed how to retrieve the menu. They do not serve a printed menu, you will need to scan a QR code at the table to open up a PDF menu. This is easily accesible on their website as well. The specialty is fried chicken, pork cutlets, fish or cheese deep fried in a light breading & coated with a curry or teriyaki, mayo style sauce. There are different types of curries & sauces to choose from, including carbonara which is an original idea. The dishes are served with a small soup, white rice & pickled slaw/vegetables. We ordered an appetizer of the "snow cheese balls" which are deep fried mozzarella balls covered in a sweet honey type powder. Our main meals were the chicken katsu with carbonara & the pork katsu with original curry. The portions were generous, enough to share, & flavors were amazing. Meats were super tender, the curries were mild, not spicy & the breading on the meats were krispy, cooked perfectly. There's a lot I'd love to try, highly recommend coming with more people if you want to order more food & share. Service was friendly, food was speedy & everything was tasty. Must try!View more

The portions are amazing. Best chicken katsu I've had outside of Japan. Incredibly crispy & flavourful.View more
The food was excellent & very filling. Staff was friendly, & atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely recommend the original supreme porc katsu, & cheese & sweet potato katsu 👌View more
The service is nice, the various katsu are crispy & tender on the inside, I wish that they come with more gravy, because only half of them are covered. But everything FIRE!! & we didn't know the offer for unlimited Rice & soup.View more
This place is new to Montréal but still fantastic. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The food is always terrific, & you will be satisfied with the portions. I love the honeycomb pork or chicken Katsu. I will be a repeat customer forever.View more
the food was average, we had higher expectations. it's pretty expensive for what you get but i would recommend to try once.View more
The portion is HUGE, well worth the 20$ price. This shop specializes in fried cutlets (katsu) : you can choose the type of meat you want (chicken, pork, fish) or vegetarian (cheese or sweet potato & cheese) & also the sauce that you want. They have several options to choose from. I tried the curry one & my friend got the sweet chili supreme. Both were nicely fried & sauces were good. Earlier in the month, I tried more stuff from the menu & the quality was maintained. Get the fried cheeseballs & the yuzu highball. Overall, a good place for lunch, for takeout or just a easy supper.View more
