I love to eat out & I love to give good reviews so people will enjoy their experience as much as I did. I will also let people know when I am disappointed. Last night we went for sushi to Katoreya on Sources. I haven't dined inside the restaurant for years but I have picked up a few times. We ordered salad , tempura veggies & shrimp & a platter of sushi. The salad & tempura came somewhat quick but 45 minutes later I asked where our sushi was. The waitress seemed shocked that we didn't get it & said she would be back. She never came back. I then asked another lady where our sushi is & she said I will check , no one came back. After 1 hour , I went to the counter & the 2 ladies were looking at me like I was an alien. The guy making the sushi said they haven't started it yet , they just got the order. So someone forgot to put in the order or the sushi makers skipped it. Not one person apologized so I asked for my bill for what we ate , which the waitress quickly dropped in front of me with no apologies , no attempt to make it right , nothing. I understand that mistakes happen , even in the best of restaurants & I am a pretty patient person , but I will not tolerate not owing up to your mistake & trying to make it right. This is the reason for my review , not to complain about the food or anything like that. I was shocked at how we were treated. It's too bad , having only half a supper & the fact that it was a million degrees out , I was not about to go sit somewhere else so I went home really disappointed that I didn't get the yummy sushi, nor will I ever have that yummy sushi again. Katoreya has lost a customer unfortunately.

Good service, decent atmosphere with a medium sized restaurant. It's not too loud which allows you to talk in a bigger group. It can accommodate different size groups, it just takes a little longer to get your food in larger groups, naturally.
Nice variety of food choices. If you don't eat sushi, there are other options that were tasty. The sushi rolls were fresh & nicely rolled. I personally found that the different rolls tasted very similar which took some points away in my opinion. But overall, it was a nice experience.

portions are quite generous, but as always sushi is usually quite pricey wherever you go

Food is pretty good overall. They have a'pregnancy menu' too which was unexpected. Prepare for the sushi to be oversized though, you won't be leaving hungry.
