En fait j'ai mis 2 étoiles parce que ce restaurant était super lorsqu'il a ouvert : bonne nourriture caribeenne, prix raisonnables,...mais depuis quelques mois: impossible de passer une commande par téléphone, quand on va sur place le restaurant est fermé ou privatisé, ..bref, à force de me casser le nez, je n'y vais plus & c'est dommage !

Superbe nourriture & cocktails dans une atmosphère détendue, ce qui est parfait pour moi. Tout est bon ici mais je recommande vraiment les duos de bokits. Ils sont aussi impressionnant avec leurs sauces qui rajoute du goût extra à leur tapas déjà bien bons.
Belle découverte dans Rosemont! On a testé le menu végé de petits plats végés. Tout était délicieux! & les cocktails étaient excellents! Ambiance & décor très décontracté. On se sentait dans les caraibes!

Every dish & drink we ordered, we LOVED.
The poutine was sooooo good, the something (I am not sure what) pickled on top adds a good refreshing taste.
The jerk mayo is very good.

Chaque visite chez Kalysta est une expérience culinaire inoubliable. La cuisine y est raffinée, personnalisée, & d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Chaque plat est un savant mélange de saveurs créoles & caribéennes, exécuté avec une maîtrise impressionnante. On sent la passion derrière chaque assiette - une vraie esquisse gastronomique.
Le service est tout simplement top tier : l'accueil est toujours chaleureux & sincère, on se sent chez soi dès qu'on franchit la porte. C'est rare de trouver un endroit qui allie autant d'excellence culinaire à une telle ambiance humaine & authentique.
Quant au propriétaire, pour moi, c'est l'un des meilleurs chefs à Montréal. Il a su créer un lieu unique, qui élève la fusion créole-caribéenne à un tout autre niveau.
Avec ses plats riches & savoureux, Kalysta est devenu ma meilleure adresse à Montréal. Un incontournable pour tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine & de découvertes culturelles.

Went as a group as we ordered some cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, the tasting platters & some extra appetizers. Service & food were excellent. Depending on seating location, music can be a bit too loud (we were closer to the speakers) otherwise fantastic little spot!
Menu highlights for us included: cod croquettes, smoked meat gnocchi, griot poutine & jerk chicken.
