I got the poulet panko sandwich & it was delicious. It came with a house made sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes & onions. The veggies made it really fresh & the chicken was fantastic, juicy & flavourful. Their house made bread was also spectacular you could taste how fresh it was. The crispy outside & soft inside made it a heavenly sandwich. If you're near Mont royal it's definitely worth a visit!
Locals fav! Checked it out a few days ago from friends recommendation, & they were absolutely amazing! The chicken sandwich was so flavourful, the bread was made onsite & fresh, every bite was crispy & satisfying! Glad to find this hidden gem :)))

Kahwa Cafe is a delightful spot for sandwiches, with freshly baked bread that's a highlight. The sandwiches are properly seasoned, enhancing the overall taste. However, the filling portion, particularly the chicken, has noticeably decreased, which is a slight letdown. Additionally, they don't accept credit cards, which can be inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the ingredients & the flavors make it worth a visit. Overall, it's a cozy café with room for small improvements.
Found this bakery while walking in the Avenue Mont-Royal. This bakery has a really good pastry & cakes. Their products are fresh & taste good. They have some good bread selections & have a very good baguette & croissants. Their coffee is also good & doesn't taste burn. & the atmosphere is really good to hang out & to just relax.
One of the best sandwiches I ve tasted in Montreal , the service is very good , the fresh bread made front of you & crispy chicken taste still in my mouth , definetly will be coming back the mediteranien vibe is always unbeatable food quality & smiles , will recommend.
Best sandwhich I have ever eaten in my life with fresh home made bread! This place does not deserve the 1 star provided below because they only accept debit or cash. It's worth it. Everyone was exceptional & the Panko chicken sandwhich was to die for I would eat it every day I wish I can have one now.

We had a fantastic experience at Kahwa Cafe. We ordered the Panko Chicken & kebab sandwiches, both of which were delicious & perfectly prepared. The Panko Chicken was crispy & flavorful, while the kebab sandwich was juicy & well-seasoned. To complement our meal, we had a refreshing lemonade & a smooth cafe latte. The beverages were just as impressive as the food. The staff were incredibly friendly & accommodating. We don't speak English, but the front staff went above & beyond to help us by translating the menu from French to English. Plus, they bake their bread fresh right in front of you, adding a wonderful touch to the whole experience. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!
A well deserved 5 stars for the authentic bread & famous Chicken sandwish they make at this place! Generous well priced, quality price value at it's Max!

Sandwiches are very affordable! We got the chicken panko & it was made fresh to order. The bread had a nice crunchy texture & the chicken was well flavoured. It had a little hit of spice from the kahwa sauce. The cafe is a bit dark & the atmosphere is not the greatest so we took the sandwiches to go. Would come again for the sandwiches!
Must visit in the area! Bread was rolled in front of us & used hot fresh out of the oven. Panko chicken & lamb kebab sandwiches were perfect. Great sauces & toppings too! Can't wait to go back.

Delicious sandwiches, I got the chicken sandwich & it was very nice. What makes this sandwich uniqe is the bread that they bake it there so fresh & wonderful! Super nice & friendly staff as well!
Amazing on-site baked sandwich bread with semolina flour that gives a great crunch. I got the Poulet Panko sandwich which has a garlic mayo that was very memorable. One of the best sub i've had in Montreal.
This my second time to eat sandwich at this place & I love it!!! They do know how to make sauce & especially bread. Their sandwich is perfect combination of these two. I must add how friendly they are. I'll be visiting to eat again. Guy from NJ 😉
