I finally tried the panko chicken from Kahwa & it did not disappoint. The bread is made fresh & is still steaming when the sandwich is assembled. The chicken is juicy & crispy, the sauce is flavorful, the veggies add a nice balance. It's truly an amazing sandwich.

Kahwa is a great spot for a casual meal, & the chicken sandwich deserves a special mention. It takes something familiar & makes it feel special through the bread, the texture of the chicken, & the way the flavours come together. This would be my recommendation for anyone trying Kahwa for the first time.

The chicken is the highlight: crispy on the outside, tender inside, & full of flavour. That contrast makes the sandwich especially enjoyable, along with the sauce & fresh toppings. The sauce complements the chicken nicely, while the vegetables add freshness & balance the richer ingredients. There is plenty going on in each bite, but the chicken still stands out.

The bread also deserves praise. Good bread makes such a difference in a sandwich, & here it contributes just as much as the filling. Its texture works well with the crispy chicken, making the whole sandwich satisfying to eat. It is a reminder that a memorable sandwich depends on more than simply putting a generous amount of filling between two pieces of bread.

What I particularly appreciate is how well the ingredients work together. The combination feels complete, with a good balance of flavour & texture. It is an appealing choice when you want an easy lunch or dinner that still gives you something to look forward to.

For me, the chicken sandwich is the strongest reason to recommend Kahwa. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, but this sandwich has enough character to be memorable. If you enjoy crispy chicken, tasty bread, & a well-balanced filling, it is definitely worth trying. A delicious option for sandwich lovers & a highlight of the menu!

By far one of the best sandwiches in montreal & great area of quebec maybe... They make there Sandwiches fresh in the bakery on the spot & the chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 😋 ..... Def recommended 👌

Absolutely delicious sandwiches & fries. The fried chicken & need sandwiches were absolutely delicious. They bake the bread in front of you & they then take the still warm bread & make the sandwiches in front in your. Both sandwiches we got were fresh, light, delicious & get filling all at the same time. The fries were well done & well salted too. The outdoor patio was bustling & a nice place to hang out as well.

Definitely give them a try & you won't be disappointed.

Well, we sat down in the park right in front of the restaurant to chow down & let me tell you, it really was a great freakin' sandwich. 10/10, did not disappoint.

The beef one is tasty, but doesn't hit like the chicken.

The homemade Merguez sandwich is also worth a try.

The bread is amazing, they bake it fresh for each order.

You should try this place, at least!
