You only bought the restaurant from Jun, then decided to keep the same formula. You do not have the skills or the products to be on par with the original Jun-i. A real shame. The noise level was off the chart. Worst experience possible. Will not be coming back.

Service not as good as the incredible food. Would've liked to order more drinks if we didn't have to wave down the waiter every time. Other staff bumped into my date's chair without any apology or acknowledgment. Will probably order take out next time instead.
Un repas chez Jun-i est toujours une fête, tant l'établissement se renouvelle dans l'excellence. Un omakase d'anthologie, à essayer sans hésiter, & des sakés magnifiques.
