Update en ce 25 mars 2026 : très mauvais service sur place. On sentait clairement que l'on dérangeait la serveuse, qui n'était pas aimable du tout. Alors qu'il y avait seulement 2 tables (donc aucun rush).
Pour répondre à votre retour client très peu professionnel :
Mon compagnon a en effet usé de l'humour au moment du paiement lorsque la serveuse lui demandé si ça avait été ; il lui a répondu : « & vous » ? Ce n'était pas pour rire, c'était pour témoigner avec légèreté que nous avons passé un mauvais moment.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

L'équipe oublie les 3/4 de ma commande sur uber eat, & le personnel est condescendant au téléphone, limite insultant. Donc en finalité j'ai commandé pour payer les frais de uber, de service & de livraison, pour me retrouver avec un petit brownie à 20$.
Terrible experience. I received the wrong order !!!! none of the fruits I requested (no strawberries or bananas), & the items tasted cardboard-like & were cold. The brownie arrived frozen & looked like an old convenience-store fudge bar. I paid $45, called the restaurant, & was told to check with the Uber driver. They also said they never heat the brownie whether it's Uber Eats or takeout. I left my contact information & never received a callback. Don't order anything from them seriously bad customer service & bad food!

Nice little cafe (not wide) located next to Jean-talon market. They tons of vegetarian options from milk shakes to desserts & limited vegan options which I got. I had the vegan brownie & the vegan hot chocolate.
The brownie was good but just heads up its slightly dry on the outside but soft on the inside. The hot chocolate is actually prepared without milk & which sounds odd; it comes mixed with water but has a thick consistency & taste is good. However there is an aftertaste that I can't explain (it's likely a sweetener). Overall great experience
Delicious spot for anyone with a sweet tooth! The crêpes, brownies, & hot chocolate are rich, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The café has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Service is friendly, & portions are generous, making it a must-visit in Montréal.
Their brownies (Rocher or Caramel) are absolute bliss. Easily in my list of best desserts ever, & I have tried many in my life. Perfectly tasty, generous portion, & most importantly, insanely good. So good that before heading back to Toronto, I bought another one because there was no way I was leaving without it.
Only small downside, they seemed short-staffed, & the experience could be even better with one or two more people on the floor.

I recently stopped by Juliette & Chocolat in Little Italy for a coffee with a brownie & cookie. Both treats were delicious-crunchy, fresh, & perfectly paired with the coffee. The service was professional & friendly, making for an all-around great experience. Highly recommend for a sweet treat in the area!
I recently visited Juliette & Chocolate at 196 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montreal, Quebec, H2R 1S7, & had an amazing experience! We tried the Granny Cookie, Juliett's Tiramisu, Cheesecake Brownie, & a Latte. The Granny Cookie was absolutely fantastic, & the taste keeps me longing for it every day. Juliett's Tiramisu was incredibly delicious, definitely a highlight of our visit. The Cheesecake Brownie, while flavorful, had a slight tanginess & was a bit too heavy for me, so I couldn't finish it. The Latte was also delightful. The atmosphere was cozy & beautifully designed, making our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place with delicious treats & a great ambiance. Highly recommend it!
