The place is awesome. The food was great, & the variety would keep you looking at the menu for a role trying to decide what to pick. Make sure you have a big appetite as their food is filling. NOTE: Their spicy food is pretty spicy for the average.Voir plus

Meilleur "cheat meal" depuis longtemps. Nous sommes allé en famille & on a tous très bien mangé. Si vous n'avez jamais mangé un burger accompagné d'un milkshake, vous n'avez pas vécu. Je recommande le Béliveau, & le shake May West ..mais BCP de choix & prix abordables. Ils servent une bonne IPA en fut aussi.Voir plus

Nice appetizers! Chicken tenders with home honey mustard sauce & wings so much on point. Philly steak sandwich was a disappointment. Fries & sweet potato not crispy crunchy fried, that’s my type unfortunately not the case here. Also the burger’s parry was a bit hard to shew. However Tyler was a very good server, very attentive & knowledgeable on the menu. Never leave without trying banana split!!Voir plus

Really cute spot! (All it’s missing are the themed uniforms haha) Our waitress was really nice!
Lots of booth seats, high chairs & parking available.
Service was really slow although the place wasn’t packed.(we went at 7pm) I don’t recommend if you have a tight time frame.
The burgers & fries were good although the buns weren’t toasted. The firebird burger had a full half avocado in there which was not cut or anything.. it was odd. We didn’t enjoy the Cesar salad dressing & it was pretty expensive for the size of it.
Bathroom aren’t “dirty” but aren’t super clean either.
Overall it’s a really cute place, nice atmosphere, but it’s overpriced & the service is really slow.Voir plus

We had supper last night & George was our waiter. First time there. He was amazing & funny. Food was great & we had a good time. For the short time we spoke to him, he had a great attitude & super way of seeing guests. Really made us feel like he loved his job. That's the kind of employee I want working for me. On leur donne 2 étoiles car le staff était cool & nous avons eu un bon service ! Par contre, la nourriture elle est très chère & vraiment décevante pour le prix. Nos hamburgers étaient très boffs & coûtaient chacun environ 23$. Ensuite, nous avons pris un sunday à partager avec ajout de brownies & les brownies étaient secs & peu goûteux. Total pour 2 hamburgers, un sunday & des verres d'eau : 60$ de déception. N'y allez pas !Voir plus

J’y suis allé pour manger une poutine. Accueil & service très rapide & chaleureux. La serveuse affichait un beau sourire, & a pris ma commande rapidement. Ma poutine est arrivée également dans un délai plus que raisonnable. Malgré que j’ai un peu moins aimé le goût de la sauce, cela reste très subjectif & je suis certain qu’elle plaira à presque tout le monde. La poutine était bien chaude & le fromage fondait. Super découverte au Centropolis Laval. Rudy notre serveur a été drôle & attentionné. Belle ambiance snack-bar/dinner & bonne bouffe, c’était délicieux. J’ai pris le petit burger « Chaplin » Dean Cheese de 4oz avec frites, & ma conjointe s’est régalée avec le mac & cheese. Prix raisonnables. On va y retourner c’est certain.Voir plus

When we ordered our food here, they screwed up both myself & my wife's order. I ordered a gleason with no onions & no pickles, the waitress came back 1 min later & asked me again if i wanted no onions & i said no. They brought me the gleason burger with onions & pickles. My wife ordered a veggie wrap & they brought her a chicken wrap. With all these mistakes, our meal would have been free in most restos in the USA but not at Jukebox.

Visited for the first time July 22 2022, We went to eat here for the first time due to the hype, nostalgia etc.. Atmosphere is as advertised pulp fiction, happy days theme. As being our first time I must say we were disappointed with the food vs portion size & the amount you pay ! I know cost of living & prices have gone up due to COVID, gas etc.. We started with a order of chicken poppers along with two milk shakes one with added vodka, then I ordered a 1/4 lbs Dean burger, what I received was a mini burger, in no way a 1/4 lbs maybe 1/8 lbs if ! Along with my burger I ordered curly fries, under cooked, along with a side of spicy mayo, which they forgot to bring, I had to remind them, I received the spicy mayo as I was finishing my 1/8 lbs burger ! Wife had a wrap with fries nothing special. The milk shakes were thick & okay. Bill total $79.87 then add the tip, YES I am aware the prices are clearly indicated on the menu, my issue is with the price vs the portion ! Bottom line overpriced for the amount received, better off going to A&W !

The service was great. Our server was super sweet. Really patient with us & our kids.
The food came quickly & was nice & hot. The burgers were big but messy. The bun was really fresh. Kids meals were nice portions. The chocolate ice cream is delicious.
BUT the Mac & Cheese.... it has the right texture but legit tastes like NOTHING. I ordered the original Mac & cheese & it's lacking salt & tang. Hubby ordered buffalo Mac & cheese.... no spice at all. It's really unfortunate & I wish I could say nicer things but I really think the chef needs to taste this food because there's so much seasoning missing here.
Maybe just stick to the fries...
