Visited for the first time July 22 2022, We went to eat here for the first time due to the hype, nostalgia etc.. Atmosphere is as advertised pulp fiction, happy days theme. As being our first time I must say we were disappointed with the food vs portion size and the amount you pay ! I know cost of living and prices have gone up due to COVID, gas etc.. We started with a order of chicken poppers along with two milk shakes one with added vodka, then I ordered a 1/4 lbs Dean burger, what I received was a mini burger, in no way a 1/4 lbs maybe 1/8 lbs if ! Along with my burger I ordered curly fries, under cooked, along with a side of spicy mayo, which they forgot to bring, I had to remind them, I received the spicy mayo as I was finishing my 1/8 lbs burger ! Wife had a wrap with fries nothing special. The milk shakes were thick and okay. Bill total $79.87 then add the tip, YES I am aware the prices are clearly indicated on the menu, my issue is with the price vs the portion ! Bottom line overpriced for the amount received, better off going to A&W !

Hi, It was great to go back to this restaurant after it was sold to MTY group and have the same great dining experience. Some of the original staff is still their and great to see the place full of customers. Sometimes when change of ownership the place doesn't make it. Will I can tell you all was great, from the service to the same great tasting meals. Great job nice to have gone back and enjoyed our evening thanks go out to the manager James and his staff. Will be returning soon.

We went to Sukho Thai September 6 2019, it has been some time since we have returned to this restaurant. We entered through the back parking lot entrance as usual. But before entering we notice lots of garbage outside between the two entrances. Then the confusion started. We saw the original Sukho Thai signs and then we saw 8"x10" paper signs indicating Kiyomi restaurant over the Sukho Thai signs on the doors. So really not sure which restaurant we were entering! Two names for one restaurant not a good sign ! Upon entering we were met by a young hostess with only one month experience (we asked) she explained we now have two menus in one restaurant (not good) the hostess brought us two glasses of water right away. I requested the original menu along with the Kiyomi menu. The hostess forgot so I had to go to the hostess counter to get one. In all my times going to restaurants I have never seen such a disorganized cluttered front entrance hostess counter. We looked over the menu closed our menus knowing what we wished to order. Place was not full, again not a good sign. A total of five waiters passed by us made eye contact and after 15 minutes not one come to take our order or ask if we have been served. We waited another 5 minutes and still no service. We got up and requested the manager. We Then explained our situation and the long wait to be served and stated this was not our first time here, yes it was awhile since we have returned, but informed the manager this will definitely be our last, and if others ask us about the restaurant we will be honest. All the manager could reply was "sorry" not even an effort to try and get us to stay, or even some sort of compensation ex:" sorry take a table and have a cocktail on the house " as a gesture. Not good management! How can you have two names for one restaurant! Two menus in the same restaurant! Plus cleaned up the garbage and your front entrance. First impressions mean a lot.
