Commande passée pour une livraison un Mardi soir, on me dit: 20 minutes de délai.. Plus d'1h30 passe & la pizza arrive froide mais elle est bonne.

Service à la clientèle: je ne suis pas certaine que la personne au bout du fil & le livreur étaient à l'aise en français mais je retiens le 0 sympathie envers la situation.

Facture douteuse: écrite à la main, il n'y a d'inscrit que le montant total à payer, aucune information concernant le coût de la pizza & le prix des taxes.

Dommage pour ce commerce de proximité mais nous appellerons ailleurs.

Mais qu'est-il arrivé a vos sous-marins ! Très triste, maintenant vos sous-marins contiennent beaucoup moins de stock malgré que vos prix ont beaucoup augmentés, dommage .... On faisait souvent livrer au travail avant. Dorénavant ce sera plus rare & on sera moins nombreux à commander. Au début on pensait que ce n'était qu'une erreur mais après 3 livraisons ont comprend que c'est la norme.

Les sousmarin sont bon pizza relativement bonne un peu cher mais surtout la livraison & très rapide 15 min & c'est chez toi
