Très belle expérience culinaire! Le personnel est professionnel & courtois! Toutefois, la réservation fût effectuée 1 mois avant notre soirée, lors de la réservation on nous demande si des convives ont des allergies. L'un des convives souffre d'une allergie alimentaire très facile à gérer dans ce cas ci. Voyant que le restaurant prend la peine de faire cette demande, nous croyons que la situation sera gérée. A notre grande surprise, ce ne fût pas le cas. On nous informe qu'aucun remplacement ne sera effectué pour les bouchées en début de repas. 3 bouchées sur 5 ne peuvent donc être consommées par l'un des convives. Cette situation limite grandement l'expérience culinaire pour l'un de nous. À 1500$ pour 4 personnes nous aurions pensé pouvoir profiter pleinement de l'expérience.

Comme toujours, le service est personnalisé, impeccable & agréable. Une surprise n'attend pas l'autre, c'est comme une pièce de théâtre avec des plats délicieux. Une expérience unique & incontournable!

Un florilège de saveurs ... Un menu complet parsemé de surprises dignes des traditions catalanes ... Un chef généreux ! très généreux ! trop généreux ? ... Difficile de se rendre au dernier dessert pour de petits appétits.
Somme toute, une belle soirée: les plats de viandes & de poissons sont tous parfaitement exécutés avec une grande richesse de goûts; l'accord des vins était parfait.
