Outstanding food, exceptional service. Presentation & ambiance were above expectations & beyond any other culinary experience we've had. Wonderful experience, making it a tradition to go back regularly. You have to take the Grande table, 10 service.

Très bon service délivré avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, d'harmonie, de dédication & de qualité.
On s'y sent très bien prise en charge. Le menu est plein des surprises agréables & toujours très satisfaisant. Une expérience mémorable que recommanderais sans hésitation à quiconque.

Avis mitigé le repas était excellent rien n'a dire sur la qualité & la quantité des produits proposés. Ce qui m'a déçue c'est la qualité du service. Dans un restaurant de cette réputation tu t'attends à un service impeccable mais pas vraiment. Malgré le menu 10 service (le plus cher) nous n'avons pas eu le droit au fromage car en 1er on nous a dit que c'était la fin de service & qu'ils l'avaient rangé & en 2eme que ca faisait trop de nourriture & qu'ils ne la propose pas. Vu la qualité du fromage j'aurais aimé y goûter & je pense être à même de juger de ma capacité à en manger... pareil pour le digestif on a pas eu droit d'avoir un aperçu de ce qui était proposé... cette 2eme visite à l'Europea sera la dernière

My wife had a beautiful experience with our daughters -- from the dizzying series of hors d'ouevres through all the wonderful courses packed with flavour & fresh ingredients, & the various surprise delightful experiences. While the tasting menu is certainly pricey, the value is astonishing; your restaurant produce so many separate elements with such love, creativity & deliciousness, served by an army of very professional staff, it's hard to understand how you make money. It was a very special night for your family -- much more than just a meal. It was a journey! Thank you so much to all involved.
