La bouffe & le service etaient exceptionels, les accords met vins tres bien, en somme une soirée mémorable. Cetait notre 25ieme anniversaire & on voulait garder les menus en souvenirs mais malheureusement ils ont tout ramassé ce qui etait sur notre table lors de notre tour a la cabane a sucre, & j'ai oublié d'en demander d'autres avant de partir. Mais vraiment tout etait parfait.
Assiettes généreuses, plusieurs amuses-bouches en surplus du 3 services, service impeccable de Julian. Merci pour une autre soirée réussie dans votre établissement!

So worth it! It was our first time coming here, & had a very enjoyable experience!
Servers changed every single time (for every dish, someone else served our food) so we were a little confused who our actual server was. But everyone was pretty friendly nevertheless.
Another thing for me was the communication about the menu option. We were looking at the "Brasserie Menu", as we were only planning to have a 3 course menu. But when we got there, we were just given the option "La Grande Table Gastronomique" (which is 8-course or 10-course). Didn't mind it, but i wish they had told us about it when we were doing the reservation.
Anyway! If you have to choose between the 8-course or 10-course, stick with the 8 course menu! Keep in mind that you will be served with amuse-bouche, then you get your regular menu course! That's enough, if not, a lot of food! We were in such awe everytime a dish was served, as they were served as if they were telling a story!
Food was great overall, but the dining experience is what will make is come back here again.

Quelle expérience culinaire ! Tout était parfait à partir du moment où nous sommes entrés dans le restaurant. Le service était excellent, la nourriture était absolument délicieuse avec des portions généreuses & soigneusement présentées. Nous allons certainement y retourner.
Durant certains plats je n'avais pas de vin, ce qui est un peu décevant
J'ai pas eu de vin blanc car on s'est trompée j'avais demandé le 4 verres & on m'a fait le 3 seulement
& j'aurais aimé avoir un poisson car beaucoup de fruit de mer mais aucun poisson.
Une expérience extraordinaire , en passant par le service , la disposition des plats & la nourriture succulente . Le chef nous transporte dans un voyage de plaisirs gustatives ....
Un moment incroyable qu'on gardera en mémoire longtemps , merci chef JF
