Le meilleur restaurant gastronomique essayé jusqu'à présent. Ce restaurant vous offre une expérience qui stimule tous vous sens: visuel, auditif, odorat, gustatif & même le touché. L'équipe est grande, tout est effectué subtilement & à la perfection, les regarder travailler est tel qu'assister à un grand bal. Que ce soit des mets, des accords de vins tout est exceptionnelles.

Aller souper à l'Europea revient à entreprendre un pèlerinage menant vers les sommets de la gastronomie française. Je fréquente cet établissement depuis près de 18 ans maintenant, & je suis toujours émerveillé par le niveau des prestations qui y sont offertes. Première visite dans le nouvel écrin de Jérôme Ferrer, la mise en scène des oeuvres d'art culinaires qui sont présentées est toujours aussi somptueuse. Un régal pour tous les sens, une expérience renouvelée avec toujours beaucoup de plaisir.

Overall nice experience, however, the food itself was the least exciting part. Presentations were fun & gimmicky, however, found that the food itself was lacking.

Do not come here if you don't speak French. They treat you very poorly, very cold, speak rudely & when coming down the stairs from the dessert room, I was shoved to the side by the waitress. We did the 10 course menu. Food was not amazing for such an expensive restaurant. The small lobster cappuccino was the highlight of the night, the venison tasted AWFUL & they focused more on theatrics (lots of smoke & dry ice) versus the quality & taste of food. Atmosphere was clean but the staff again treated you very poorly once they know you speak only English. Would not come again.

Je dirais tu paye pour l'expérience parce que j'ai été très déçu de la sélection du menu 8 service & la qualité laissé a désirer. La queue de homard était caoutchoucteux, le boeuf d'Alberta était plein de nerf pi le pire de tout sa ta encore faim quand tu sors du restaurant. La seule chose que j'ai dégusté était le vin pi le cafe espagnol. On était 3 personnes pi 2 ont été malade le lendemain donc je recommande pas se restaurant a personne & c'étais ma dernière visite personnellement.

Where to even start reviewing this restaurant? We dined at the original restaurant in 2013 & had the best meal I had ever had until this one. We had the 8 course tasting menu & it's hard to say which is more exceptional - the service & presentation or the food. The whole experience is just over the top wonderful & the food was superb & perfect in every way. From lobster cappuccino to crab cakes to Montreal ice & then the special visit to the "store" - it was just beyond words. Just go!
