La perfection? C'est l'Europea du Chef Jérôme Ferrer. Etant new-yorkais, je n'y suis allé que deux fois dont la dernière, hier soir. Les deux visites étaient pleines d'aventure culinaire, de goûts savoureux, & d'un service impéccable comme il en faut. Je feral projet d'un futur séjour a Montréal afin de répéter l'extase qu'est Jérôme Ferrer - Europea!
Le meilleur restaurant dans lequel j'ai dine ,de loin.& jai fait le tour de la terre.Orgasmic.Tous les sens sont stimules.Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Europea, depuis toujours une de mes tables favorites à Montréal, a su se réinventer & "passer au prochain niveau". Une de mes meilleures expériences culinaires à vie, accotant sans aucun doute les plus grands noms de la cuisine.
Notre expérience de diner vendredi gourmand ( vendredi 1er avril 2022 ) fut tout simplement EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Créativité, excellence de tous les plats, générosité des quantités , & un service aussi sympathique que professionnel résument notre passage chez le Chef Jérôme Ferrer, lequel validait chaque assiette à sa sortie des cuisines .WOW & RE-WOW ! Nous comptons bien y revenir à court-terme avec des amis pour partager avec eux ce moment de purs plaisisr!

Très belle expérience vécue avec ma famille. Au menu, beaucoup de saveur & surtout nous étions plus que rassasiés. Notre soirée en compagnie de votre équipe & de notre serveur Théo était splendide.
This was an experience. The scenery, the presentation of the food, the actual food were amazing. There seemed to be a theme of pamper & a surprise element. It should have been the best experience & a 5.
Unfortunatly, our waitress made this imossible. She was curt the entire time, ignoring our requests, forgot the English menu after being requested multiple times, had to request for a soda three times as well before it was finally delivered at the end of the meal, each time had to wait 20min to catch her eye to remind of the request. Was given an espresso at the end of the meal after having requested (twice) a capuccino. Once told of said mistake & unable to drink it, she was not gracious enough to remove it from the ticket. Food was brought to our table several times by us speaking in French after we had already stated we were visisintg & only spoke English. It really cut into the experience that this could have been.
The other waiters/waitresses worked together, rememered we were an English table & presented as such. The orchestra of this was admirable.
Unfortunately that one personnel experience was enough to be detrimental to this experience on our last night visiting Montreal. =(
