There was a misunderstanding on the phone i was expecting to eat there but she said she'll need to call her boss & then let me know if its possible… i said ill call my friend & ask her too in the meantime. I didnt get a call back so i called back & she said'i thought u were going to call back first so i waited & someone else took your spot.' Very unpleasent

I was in town getting my car serviced & decided to stop by after recalling that this restaurant was featured in the Michelin Guide. The food was truly exceptional, & the experience exceeded expectations. I'll definitely be returning with my gals!

For a Michelin starred restaurant I expected a lot more. If you like theatre, great, but even that is not very well executed. The food was fine & inventive but I can't say that anything really blew me away, & this after 10 courses. The service felt rushed & extremely impersonal, with our waiter literally slamming down dishes in front of us. I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I go back. It all felt very cold corporate. Meh.

J'ai eu une très belle expérience. Les 2 bouchées en entrée étaient moins à mon goût (panna cotta de foie gras & churros de pomme de terre) mais le pain était bon. La burrata splash était bonne (avec un peu de sel) & l'omble chevalier était cuit à la perfection. Finalement, le tiramisu était délicieux. J'ai eu un très bon service, les plats étaient apportés rapidement mais on ne m'a pas pressé à fini

Let me just start by saying WOW! Dining here is a unique experience & I commend the staff on their attention to detail on every aspect. I won't go through & review every single thing served because there is a lot. I know some people say tastings leave you hungry at the end but that is not going to be an issue with this tasting experience. The star of the show for me was most certainly the full lobster tail which was the most perfectly cooked & well prepared lobster I have ever had, in my life (& I've lived in New England coastal cities for 6+ years); it's probably going to put all lobster experiences to shame for the rest of my life lol. The other item that really stole the show was the brioche bread. Some other things to note that my pictures won't cover: they brought a grill to my table to cook my Kobe in front of me, I got the opportunity to enter the kitchen & take a peek at their operation & everything was immaculately clean & well ordered even among the chaos of having to put together all these dishes for so many patrons. I cannot say enough good about Jerome Ferrer & I look forward to dining here again my next visit to Montreal. To the staff, you guys are superstars!

good service but not professional enough comparing to her grade; working too hard on the decorations & presentations, things kept running too busy on the table that disrupted the guests from focusing on enjoying the food.

Tiramisu & barbe à papa au sirop d'érable incroyables chez Restaurant Jérôme Ferrer - Europea. Je n'ai qu'une photo du dessert, mais tout était excellent du début à la fin.

Nous sommes allés à plusieurs reprises par le passé & nous avons toujours été super satisfaits du service comme de la nourriture mais hier soir ce n'était pas au top .Peut-être était-ce à cause du match de hockey mais nous n'avons pas eut le pain & beurre servis a toutes les autres tables & la soupe était délicieuse mais personne n'a aimé l'oeuf dont le blanc n'était pas cuit ,gluant , ce qui a gâché la soupe .Conclusion ...un peu déçu en comparaison avec l'ancien menu .Mais le service est toujours super agréable .
