Déception, par rapport à notre dernier repas (ancien bâtiment)... 1) Service "pressant" (malgré ma précision de vouloir d'emblée commander du Champagne pour l'apéritif), le garçon insiste pour proposer aux convives des cocktails. 2) Saveurs (bonbons pétillants utilisés à outrance, ail trop abondant, notamment sur la queue de homard jusqu'à en masquer les fragrances, sirop d'érable injustifié, amuses-bouche médiocres...) 3) Marketing inapproprié & très maladroit (visite cuisines, mise en exergue des plats JF...) 4) Service globalement indigne d'un établissement Relais & Châteaux (pressant, brouillon, approximatif, pas de ramassage des miettes sur la table...). 5) J'avais précisé que nous venions pour les 18 ans de ma fille, aucune attention à ce sujet (un petit mot du chef, comme c'était le cas auparavant, eut comblé cette attente). Bref, vraiment, vraiment déçus. Dommage.

Firstly, the food was insane. The service was impeccable.
Europea is NOW my #3 tasting menu of all time & some dishes were pure perfection.

Ambiance, taste & elegance are paramount.

We had the 10 course meal but I'd recommend the 8 for the simple reason of too much by the end. While tasting menus are smaller portions, the richness of the bisque, crab broth, foie gras, lobster, steak & crab cake were extremely filling.

Specialty cocktail of cognac & champagne was lovely, our waitress Anais was funny, cute & full of personality that made our night amazing!

Great tour of the restaurant & surprised at the end, but by only critique is that between the secret sugar shack, the ice cream, sweet vending machine, then the chocolate box, cotton candy, macaroons & pops & finally crepe suzette...wayyyy to much sugar at the end. It took away from the brilliance of the menú.

I will definitely be back but will skip the final diabetes delight to fully enjoy the menu.
