Very disappointing. Food was fine & service was poor, particularly for what is supposed to be a five star, Relais & Châteaux restaurant. We would not recommend & we would not be back.

My wife, daughter & I enjoyed a fantastic evening at Jérôme Ferrer - Europea's new, to us, location. I enjoyed dining in the previous location many years ago & the memories from the experience prompted me to come again & bring my family to share the experience with them. I loved the new location, & the experience definitely did not disappoint. Dining here is quite literally a delight to all your senses. The presentation of each dish is a visual masterpiece, the aromas bring substance & flavour to your tastebuds & the atmosphere in the restaurant is just simply, a happy place. A welcome respite in these crazy pandemic times. You hear the delight & surprise from other tables as the experience plays out over & over. A not inexpensive evening to be sure, but a gastronomic experience second to none.

Thank you for the experience & we hope to see you again soon.
