Ambiance superbe. Endroit chaleureux a lumiere tamisee. Deco de malade. Plats savoureux, bonne portions & prix plus que raisonnable. Le staff est vraiment a lecoute vous avez toujours quelqun sil vous manque un truc. Bref nous avons adoree notre soiree entres filles 😁. Bulgogi trop bon🥰

The food was good & generous.
The plate didn't come in the right order though. We had asked to share an appetizer first, but my main plate came before everyone, By the time I got to eat the appetizer with my friends, the main course was not as warm as it should be.

Overall, the service was okay until the server ask you if you want the receipt (when it has to be the client to ask) & then once you paid they ask you to leave after 10 min... The restaurant wasn't full at that time & nobody was waiting at the door... It's quite rude. I guess you can't really take your time to dine there... Eat, pay & leave... It's too bad because the food is still good.

Very good place for a quick Japanese/Korean fix!

The decor & vibe are quite nice.

The karage were nice & crispy but still moist inside (cooked to perfection) & the Chipotle sauce was *chefs kiss*. My go-to had always been the katsu & it never disappoints.

The udon bulgogi was a bit too salty for my liking & the tempura donburi was a bit bland. The highlight & my all time favorite has been the okonomiyaki. Very well made & tasted so good!

I visited the JAKO restaurant in Montreal & it was incredibly good! The food & ambiance were excellent, & I was deeply impressed by the owner's kindness. I wish there were more fusion restaurants like this in Toronto. Highly recommended!

J'ai visité le restaurant JAKO à Montréal & c'était incroyablement bon ! La nourriture & l'ambiance étaient excellentes, & j'ai été profondément impressionné par la gentillesse du propriétaire. J'aimerais qu'il y ait plus de restaurants fusion comme celui-ci à Toronto. Je le recommande vivement

You won't believe the culinary delight we experienced at Jako, the ultimate Japanese-Korean fusion gem in Montreal! We dropped in for after party & were greeted by two delightful servers. & the manager? Talk about setting the perfect culinary hype tone!

The restaurant's ambiance was an exciting Korean culture & vibrant energy. Each item on the menu was a culinary masterpiece, Utterly impeccable! They pampered our group, making us feel like we were partying with dear pals. Seriously, this place is a gastronomic adventure not to be missed!

My friends & I visited Montreal during this long weekend, & had a chance to grab food at Jako. Overall, we had such a great time here. This place has amazing food, service & atmosphere. Can't recall the names of the menu but we really enjoyed every single dish. They were fresh, delicious & beautifully plated. The lighting of the restaurant was not too dark, not too bright, was perfect for a happy night out with the people you love to hang out with. Their service, no need to mention, it was amazing. The (the owner) & the staff members were very friendly & kind. Would definitely recommend Jako, if you are looking for a place to chill, have fun with friends.
