korean(31) chicken(22) katsu(20) udon(16) bulgogi(13) recommend(13) japanese(11) tasty(10) rice(10)Pretty good place. It seems very busy, we got lucky & had a table right away but we were just 2 & it was around 6PM on a Sunday. I ordered a bulgogi dolsot & it was decent. They were out of the japchae topping & replaced it with kimchi, but I found the flavour of their kimchi to be kind of odd & jarring (it tasted kind of like tomato flavour, somehow, it didn't taste like any other kind of kimchi I've had before & I've been to many Korean places). So my dish was pretty good overall, but I've had better elsewhere. My SO had the cheese dak galbi (chicken) yaki udon & liked it. But he wasn't a fan of the cold potato mash topping which felt out of place. He still liked his meal, though. Portions were generous & neither of us could finish, so you don't need to worry about that. Prices were very fair too & the service was excellent.

The chicken was delicious, & I am willing to come back another time.Voir plus
I always have a good time at this establishment. Thank you for the great service as usual.Voir plus
The food & atmosphere was amazing. The only issue here & the worst issue in every restaurant, I had to wait a total of literally 1:15 hours for my foodVoir plus
Craving for the chicken katsu for a long time & I've been told by my brother that there's a good chicken katsu restaurant near the Guy-Concordia Metro. Tried to give it a go 2 days ago & the server told us that it was full for 3 person & I need to book or wait 45 minutes almost one hour. Decided to went back yesterday & make a reservation. The place is okay & still has a big room to walk around comfortably. I ordered a curry chicken katsu with the other orders. The chicken katsu menu also comes with the soup for free & it's enough to fill our stomach since the waiting for the food to come out is long, but it was worth it. The chicken katsu is really good. The brown sauce is really good when paired with the whole meal. The cheese katsu is creamy, delicious & the representation is unique. Overall it's worth it to make a reservation & wait a little bit long for the food.

Rapide, bon & chaud.Voir plus
First time here, got invited by a friend. Great cozy place, nice ambiance, polite staff. They have a not-so-big menu, just enough to try everything each time you visit them. i guess its their signature dishes which is perfect for me since i don't like tons of choices to choose from. My choice which was the pork donburi (stir-fried pork, rice, fried kimchi on the side, miso soup) it was delicious! My friend had the fried pork cutlet with rice. Yuummy.... beautiful presentation as well. only downside was the parking obviously since its in downtown, gotta find your street parking or! there is a paying parking lot right next to it which was $10 (i think this is better option since street parking ads up really fast by the hour) As a korean reviewing a korean/japanese restaurant,I will definitely go back & try their other dishes!Voir plus
I ordered take out a few times & dined in twice. It was not bad most times but this time I got a Miso soup & it was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible & tasted just as bad as well, you could see it was filled with a layer of oil too. I gagged. That's not how you make miso soup & there was definitely some neglect from the cooks there. Reluctant to order again.Voir plus
The food was ok but they were kind of expensive. We liked the fried rice cake appetizer the most along with the others. The chicken thigh udon bowl was ok but the flavor was not for me. Just a suggestion, in the shrimp tempura bowl, there should be more than 2 pieces of shrips in it.Voir plus
