Si commandez en livraison, sachez que ça voyage très mal. C'est à dire que si le livreur arrête ailleurs en chemin, vous recevrez un repas digne du comptoir à lapicerie, à réchauffer chez soi.
Somme toute orrect mais les prix ne sont pas justifiés pour la quantité reçue. La dernière fois que j'ai commandé, mes rondelles d'oignon étaient que des vieux bouts cassés. Genre de repas qu'on peut facilement se faire chez soi avec des produits congelés.
I ordered with Cindy asked if she spoke English she explained yes I then ordered a combo & asked to add Mac & cheese & I proceeded to get the order with Mac & cheese without the fries so I went back & talked to her she said I didn't charge you for that I said okay can I get a order of poutine fries then & she wrang it up I paid & then she gives me regular fries then proceeded to argue with me when I tell her I ordered poutine fries not plain fries bad customer service overall by Cindy
Hands down the best fried chicken spot in MTL!! im writing this review after multiples orders, always season right! excellent quality control, waffle fries are amazing.. chicken tender are tender & moist! absolutely luv it! keep up the good work!

Les repas sont savoureux, mais le temps de service est lent (17 mins, quand le cassier l'a promis en 8) & dispendieux (26$ pour une poutine moyenne -ils disent qu'elles sont grandes- un pilon & une cuisse de poulet)
Jack Le Coq est une super adresse ! Le poulet est toujours croustillant & savoureux, les portions sont généreuses & le service est rapide & sympathique. L'endroit a une belle ambiance décontractée, parfaite pour un repas entre amis ou en famille. Définitivement un incontournable du quartier !
J'avais hâte de goûter mais l'expérience fut ordinaire. Le poulet était pas mauvais & plutôt croustillant mais vu qu'ils mettent la sauce direct sur le pain ça a le temps de tout absorber donc c'était sec & ça goutait pas grand chose (jack double) :( Les frites de la poutine étaient pâteuses … bref je trouve ça vraiment cher pour ce que c'est.

They never got an order right.! It's at least my 12th counter order this year 2025. This weekend, disappointed once again as we unpacked our order. Missing stuff, wrong items, & overcharged. From now on, I will have to find a table or counter to open the bags & check against the invoice. Let me tell you having the invoice corrected is another adventure. If you can get past that, the food is outstanding & the sauce is to die for.
