Très bon restaurant unique en son genre. Décoration+ employés qui représentent le Texas. Les nachos avec le brisket étaient délicieuse. Un smash goûteux style cantine, mais en plus gros 😜. Salade César normal, frite très bonne. Sauces disponible sur la table pour agrémenter le tout.Voir plus

We didn't have a reservation, which is fair. But the wait was far too long, & table management was poorly handled. We declined a cramped counter spot since we had a teenager, we agreed with the waitress that a small table would be better, but 45 min later they offered the same counter seating.
This place seems more about being a trendy spot for locals than welcoming tourists. Ok, fair enough. But transparency would be great.

We absolutely enjoyed our dining experience at Jack Flat BBQ Laval. We had the bucket of 60 wings (5 pounds), Whiskey Maple flavour, a promotion on Thursdays only (which was originally created for Super Bowl) for only $30! They were amazing! I'm sure it's great for everyone else, but the seasoning of the meats aren't my cup of tea. the meat was served Luke warm-I prefer my food steaming hot. While the brisket was soft & tender, i found the beef ribs much more enjoyable. the Turkey was great & NOT dry. the sides leave much to be desired as it was full of butter & cheese. I really like the corn bread waffles as it was mildly sweet, a nice departure from the other foods bold flavoring. the cocktails were nice. Pork belly leaves much to be desired as it was dry & hard, the mac & cheese was too creamy & heavy.
I really did not like the nacho brisket. the heavy cheese overpowers the brisket & corn tortillas.
Still the place is packed & lively, & everyone seemed to enjoy the food. it's not for me, but maybe I'm the anomalyVoir plus
I lived in Texas for 8 years. One of my best friends was rated in the top ten of Texas pit masters & the brisket here was the best I have ever had. The Mac & cheese was a true southern us recipe & also top notch. If this team ever decides to compete in Texas the only thing they would need to win would be a little mesquite wood. Not because the brisket needs it but just because Texas judges have had so much mesquite they have forgotten the natural taste of the meat. Kudos to a great tem.Voir plus

First time eating here for my wife & I. We were served by Miguel who explained to us the menue with such passion. Wow he was the the best server we ever had. The food was amazing. They have a huge smoker in house. The decore is a lot of fun. Would love to go back soon. Très déçu, nous nous faisions un plaisir d'aller dans un restaurant Country, non seulement c'était du hockey qui était présenté & en prime un niveau sonore extrêmement élevé, nous n'y sommes pas restés & pas près d'y retourner.....

Other meats were less flavourful & less tender, hence not a 5/5.
The Mac & Cheese & pulled pork are great dishes too.

J'ai essayé pour la 1ère fois après en avoir entendu parlé par des amis & je n'ai pas été déçu.Pour le Super Bowl y avait l'assiette Rodéo à partager avec Mac & Cheese,frites, 2 salades & plusieurs viandes dont une braisée ; le service & la qualité de de la nourriture étaient excellent je recommande & j'y retournerai.Voir plus
