I recently had the pleasure of dining at jack flat BBQ & I must say, it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was cozy & inviting, the service was top-notch, & the food was simply outstanding. The crispy fries on the side were the perfect complement to the burger, The staff was friendly & attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. This restaurant smells divine; the aroma of BBQ emanating from it was what led me to walk in. I opted for a table outside due to the nice weather, but the decor in their indoor dining room was so nice as well! To eat, I got a Cheese Bacon smash burger & my partner got a Mac'N'Four Cheeses. I also ordered a side of fries, because the burger comes on its own. In total, a burger & fries set me back $21, which is a bit pricey, but the food was absolutely delicious. The burger is juicy & the fries are well seasoned. The Mac tasted like the goldfish crackers to me, but my partner said It was very good & very cheesy. The wait isn't crazy at this restaurant, but you will be waiting 10-15 minutes from ordering until you get your food. The staff are super friendly! I don't even know where to start , it was our first time ever going there & it won't be our last !!!! The food, the atmosphere, the people everything was just perfect ! The meat is tender & juicy , the combinations of the sauces with the meat are amazing .... everything was amazing !!!! From service to the food , I give this place a 100000/10!!! Ontop of it theymade a mistake with our reservation ,they switched the dates by accident & yet even though they were booked that day...they still made space for us & made it happen!!!! This place makes you feel as if you had taken a plane down to Texas, including the famous southern hospitality. We even got a tour of the fumoir. As one enters the decor gets you in the mood. The aroma of the food is enebriating. But once you get served the magic starts for real. The ribs, the pork belly, the brisket, oh the brisket!!! Everything is so masterfully cooked. The meats melt in your mouth 😋😋😋 I think our family has found our new favorite spot. Highly recommended!View more

I went on a Saturday night without a reservation. We sat at the bar first to wait for a table outside since the inside was already reserved. The service by Claudie was amazing, super fast with the drinks & food. The country music was a plus, after we sat outside to eat & the line dance started, it was super fun. Next time I would make a reservation. The food was good, I had a brisket poutine (the brisket was a bit cold but the hot sauce went well so it didn't ruin my experience)View more

Nourriture wow! Nous avions pris le plateau afin de goûter à tout. Service: oufff... une fois assises à la table PERSONNE n'est venu nous voir après 20 min je me dis OK non ce n'est pas normal, nous voyions plein de serveurs/serveuses passer mais personne ne nous regardais (sans compter leur air bêtes) je vais donc voir l'hôtesse en avant pour lui dire que ça fait 20min qu'on est assises & que personne n'est venu nous voir... 10min plus tard un serveur arrive prend nos commandes rapidement & fait même un erreur sur nos commandes de boisson (en plus de nous facturer son erreur deux pichets à 45$ versus 33$) Ensuite à 20h15 nous recevons la nourriture (soit 1h15 après notre arrivé nous avions une réservation à 19h) même pas le temps de finir notre pichet qu'on se fait dire que nous devons quitter puisque la table est réservée pour d'autre client... donc un beau gros 45min pour manger leur énorme plateau de viande & d'accompagnement. Ambiance: music vraiment trop forte... on ne s'entendait même pas parler, il n'était que 19h pas 22h..View more
