David got in touch & made amends. He was most apologetic. The group went back & had a wonderful time. Although we didn't meet David we had the pleasure of meeting Bash (manager) Kaisha (server) & Kat (sever) . They were very friendly & did everything in their power to make the night a success.
Not many people are big enough to admit when they are wrong. We really appreciate the gesture & will definitely be going back!
Birthday reservation for 18 people on a 20th birthday. The reservation got canceled & after 40 minutes of waiting they refused to seat or serve the group. The manager David is absolutely incompetent. Very rude & unprofessional.Voir plus
