Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

Everything was good . I just have one recommendation for the chef the Amritsar chole needs to be worked on. The do not deliver the 100% taste of the authentic dish . Rest all the dishes on the menu are amazing . The aloo tikki absolutely melts in your mouth . In all it was a very pleasant experience. & just a little request to add more mock-tails in the menu.Voir plus

I absolutely love here!!!!! They serve the BEST Pisco Sour!!! It's my go-to spot for brunch in the summer & dinner all year long. The sandwich I had was pretty good. I had the paneer grilled cheese. This restaurant does not serve authentic Indian food. Rather, it feels like its a fusion restaurant putting a Western twist on Indian food. Perhaps their target customers are non Indians. Nonetheless, I likely wouldn't dine here again. While the fusion food wasn't a big issue for me, I took issue with their pricing. The paneer tikka grilled cheese was about $22.00. I feel like this is a sandwich I could make on my own for a significantly cheaper price. Service was fine otherwise. I'm not sure what the other meals are like.Voir plus

La nourriture était savoureuse, à la hauteur des premières effluves en entrant dans le restaurant, qui nous mettent l'eau à la bouche. Tout était divin, les tapas, les crevettes, le tika massala, le poulet au beurre & que dire des naans :-) wow merci, enfin un restaurant qui se démarque. Ma soeur fait une intolérance au gluten & le menu est déjà bien adapté à ce genre de régime de par leur farine de pois chiches ou de riz déjà utilisé dans leur recettes. I tried the chicken & waffles, & the presentation was stunning. The sauce had a hint of Indian spices, which made perfect sense for a fusion Indian brunch spot. We came on a Monday (during holiday season) & we usually come for the brunch (which is only offered on weekends). Since it was during the holidays I thought they might be offering the brunch (wishful thinking). So this review is for their non brunch menu. Anyways, the dishes we ordered: chicken tikka tandoori- it was super tender & beautifully presented, the Lamb Kashmiri - super flavourful & the malai kofta was like an Indian style gnocchi- I found the sauce to be creamy but not so spicy/flavorful but this was more a dish for my daughter. The cheese naan was great too. Service was attentive, our water was filled without asking & she checked in on us every once in awhile. The decor at this location is so colourful & love the high ceilings. Overall just a great classy place. It is a bit on the high price for Indian food. But with great service & ambiance it's worth it. One thing I did notice was that their sauces weren't "heavy" or greasy as in some of the mom & pop Indian restaurants.Voir plus

Superbe restaurant, ambiance très branchée. Notre serveuses (Annabelle) donne un service A1. Excellente description des cocktails & plats - nous avons opté pour qu'elle choisisse des tapas & plats principaux, ce qui a été fait judicieusement! Le nourriture est excellente.
